They had to move the printer, which is 100% both awkward to carry and our absolute livelihood, through a basement hatch, and though I was chewing my nails down to bloody stubs the whole time, the guys nailed it. Great job. Kevin, Chris and Cameron were our movers and they were all nice, professional, hard workers and fun to talk to. I will be recommending them to anyone in the area I know that needs movers for home of business.

The snow removal is half-assed. It took me at least 90 minutes of hard labor to hack through snow and ice to access my unit once. They don't have anyone nearby, so if you have a problem, be prepared to wait awhile for someone to get there. Your unit rent will be prorated when you move in, but regardless of when you move out, you get charged for the whole month. Customer service is apathetic and surly. They just want the money and don't seem to care about your experience whatsoever. As for the security of your stuff--the gate is always open, nobody is ever there, and I'm pretty sure the security cameras aren't even operational. This place is clown shoes.
