When I called I was told there were no drivers left for that night but, Mike customer service is great. He called me back and said the passenger that night didn't mind sharing her ride with me. Luckily our destinations were only 1/2 mile apart. Then I needed a ride to my mom's the next day and they found a way to pick me up within 10 min. When I left I had a reservation to go back to Bangor at 8 pm. But, my mom was tired so I called and he was nice enough to pick me up an hour early and got me to the Airport hotel safely Drivers; courteous, polite, and punctual and I really enjoyed the conversation with my drivers during my rides.
