10 April 22 I'm in excruciating pain at 5:30am Sunday…read more Tomorrow will be one week since I had a procedure by Dr. Brown. I was informed after my surgery to take Tylenol. ????? Two calls placed to the answering service, I reached Daniel. He listened and informed me to await a call from the doctor. Take my word for it, Tylenol was extremely insufficient. My complaint was there zero bedside manner given. The entire facility staff was outstanding, I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the introductions to my discharge from the hospital. The doctor is apparently one of few words, facts only. He nor his staff called to inquire how I was doing after the surgery. Of course, the hospital did. It's now 5:53 and I'm waiting for the doctor to call me before calling in an actual prescription for pain. (All I can think of is the tv show on ABC). My initial visit, they didn't take any vitals, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Again he is a matter of fact person and answered all my questions. He was thorough in his response and I did receive the service that I paid for. The lack of aftercare is disappointing. It is now after 6 am and I am still waiting on a return call. 2nd conversation with the answering resulted in me speaking with another surgeon. This doctor listened, asked probing questions and gave his best advise. This is how a patient should be treated

Dr Brown is an incredibly talented plastic surgeon, an artist really. I've had two cosmetic surgeries as his patient. He takes his time answering questions and has an amazing and easy going bedside manner. My results have been jaw dropping and better than I could have imagined. In some ways his surgical results are life changing and certainly my self esteem is higher. As a physician, I am picky and choose my own personal doctors based on their training and skills. Dr Brown is truly one of the best in the business. His MA, Morgan, is also stellar. She kept me in the loop on many aspects of my care and is a pleasure to work with. She helps him run a tight ship.

I first went to Dr. Bancroft in 2013 for my breast augmentation and had such a wonderful experience…read morethat I didn't hesitate to return years later for my mommy makeover. From the moment I walked back through those doors, I felt at ease--especially seeing Jeanette, the office manager, still by Dr. Bancroft's side after all these years. That kind of team consistency says everything. They truly have a "teamwork makes the dream work" vibe, and it shows in every detail of their care. Dr. Bancroft isn't just a skilled surgeon--he's someone who takes the time to get to know you as a person. He's confident without being arrogant, which immediately gave me peace of mind. I never felt rushed during appointments, and I knew I was in excellent hands. What really sets Dr. Bancroft apart are the extra steps he takes during recovery. He provided an oxygen converter for two weeks post-op, as well as medical-grade ointments and garments to support healing. That level of thoughtfulness isn't standard everywhere, but it absolutely made a difference in my comfort and outcome. As for results--WOW. I loved my outcome the first time around, and somehow, this time is even better. My breast augmentation and tummy tuck incisions are clean and precise. The liposuction? He didn't just target generic zones--he lipo'd exactly where it was needed for optimal contouring. Nothing felt overdone or cookie-cutter. He saw the full picture of what I needed to feel phenomenal again--and he executed a masterpiece. The entire staff, including his amazing nurses, are absolute sweethearts. I just love Dr. Bancroft and the team. If you're considering plastic surgery and want a doctor who cares, listens, and delivers stellar results, this is your sign. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

The before and after pictures here are jaw dropping .... and I FINALLY have the body I always thought I should have had my entire life. My posture is better, my clothes actually fit without alterations, my confidence is growing by the day, and I've never felt more "complete" in my skin. I had my augmentation in Nov. 2024, and my gummy bear implants have settled beautifully under the muscle, feel very close to natural, are appropriately sized and placed for my body and look great! I have very minimal and extremely discreet scarring due to his expert hands - which was a concern for me having experienced keloid scars in my teen years from an ear piercing. Absolutely not a single complication or issue arose. In fact, my healing process was much faster and comfortable than I initially anticipated. The facility is warm, comfortable and professional and I have felt taken care at a deeply personal level at every step. Every step of my process has been flawless - Jeannette as the patient coordinator guided me through all my pre- and post-scheduling, in-take, prescriptions and more. She was patient, informative and nice as the day is long. When speaking with Dr. Bancroft, he spent as much time with me as I needed at each visit (more than any other physician I've encountered), he was caring, non-judgmental, validated my concerns and expectations, applied no pressure for procedures I didn't need and left me feeling like a million bucks. I frequently refer friends and colleagues looking for a personalized, professional and positive experience and everyone has repeated my cheers for this team. I would not hesitate to work with them for anything in the future, and HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you SO much for giving me the missing piece in making my body feel as beautiful as I felt on the inside and giving me such amazing results!

I had no idea that we would be out here when I had the excision done. I needed to find a dermatology office that could remove simple stitches on a very small area. This does not even need a doctor. It just needs a quick five minute appointment with a nurse. I have insurance. I was willing to pay for it, and they denied me, saying that they cannot help me because I didn't see one of their doctors to do the initial procedure. How could I have done that since this is the first time I've been in Houston and it is under difficult circumstances. I just needed help and they refused to make an appointment with a nurse. It shouldn't matter that their dermatologist did not perform the procedure. Any nurse could remove stitches and I have to get them done somewhere since they can't be in my body for longer than two weeks. This is not helpful. Very disappointing that this would be their attitude. Oh well. I found an urgent care in the same area that is willing to do it.
