0 is my actual rating. This place is the worst. I usually don't write bad reviews but today I am…read moremaking an exception. Let's start at the beginning with the drivers they send to pick you up, no they are not employed by the facility but they are called by the facility to assist their patients. They are RUDE FOREIGNERS. When making my mothers appointment I requested a wheelchair assist and they sent a regular car the driver was so rude to my 95 year old mother when he saw she was in a wheelchair. He was yelling at her and so rude to her the director of the facility called the police and barred him from the property. After that they were rude and showed up for appointments she didn't even have with a car. I arranged for her transportation through her insurance and not the facility, when she did arrive at the facility she wasn't on the schedule. I made all appointments through Marcel who is one of the coordinators. They said Marcel never gave them any of my mothers information. My mother arrived for her scheduled appointment and Marcel didn't let them know she was scheduled, didn't let them know she needed wheelchair assist and the intake forms I completed on line that Marcel sent to my email just disappeared, I thank GOD my niece went to the appointment with my mother and was able to assist her. Now at the appointment I spoke with Lori (hopefully this is the correct spelling of her name) via telephone and according to her Marcel never sent them any of my mothers information. They made allowances for my mom to be seen that day the appointment was disastrous, EKG machines didn't work, this was her so called lab appointment and they did not do any of the things they said they would do they only took her blood pressure. My mom told me she NEVER wanted to go back in her 95 years this was her worst DR's experience. Imagine that, all this just a full month of a BIG MESS. My advice don't waste your time, yes they offer free ride service but those people (the drivers) lack any empathy for our seniors, they don't open doors, help them out the car or assist them in any way. This place was one big waste of time a VERY BAD JOKE!!!!

Dr. Brown has been the pediatrician for our four daughters ever since we moved to Cincinnati. And…read moreshe's been wonderful! She's very professional, but not in that stuck-up "I'm-a-doctor-and-you're-not-so-that-makes-me-better-than-you" sort of way. She's professional in that kind of "I'm a kid's doctor that really cares about patients" sort of way. The office takes up a small, brick building. The waiting room is nice and quaint, and her staff is great. Dr. Brown herself has always been wonderful with our kids. Even though they've gotten to the age where she only sees them during their yearly check-ups, she always remembers them (or at least does a great job acting as if she remembers them) and is always very engaged and speaks with them and us equally. She always explains thing to my wife and I in a way that makes things easy to understand (not an easy task for a doctor, I'm sure). She has great bedside manner and knows how to relate to the kids. Two great things that I want share. When one of our daughters had infected lymph nodes and had to have surgery (at just two-years-old) Dr. Brown was very supportive and stayed in contact with us and the doctors at the hospital (Cincinnati Children's...another great place)making sure we were getting all the information we needed, and keeping us up to date on her progress. And a different time when another one of our daughters had some blood work done, about an hour later Dr. Brown herself called and told us that there were some things in the blood work that she was a bit concerned with and said she wanted us to take her over to Children's to get some additional work done just to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong. She had already called the hospital and when we got there they were already waiting for us. All because Dr. Brown made the effort to call and make sure we were well taken care of. Only two things that I would say are a bit on the negative side. Because of her great reputation she is always very busy. Which results in long waits. If you have an appointment at 10:00, chances are the doctor isn't going to be able to see you until at least an hour afterwards (sometimes it's almost two hours). The other negative was an insurance issue. A few months back I lost my job which meant I lost my insurance. Because of that we had to put our girls on Medicaid, which Dr. Brown doesn't accept. That was kind of a bummer. But, got a new job with new insurance (actually same carrier as my old job) so that's good. Dr. Brown is great with kids, great with parents, and is a really great doctor. I trust her completely with the well-being and health of my girls. Mahalo, and enjoy.

We love Dr. Brown. She is always warm, encouraging, and just an all around good doctor. We really…read morelucked out as often panicky new parents to have Dr. Brown. You can see how genuinely she likes and cares about kids. The whole practice at Pediatricians of Hyde Park is great- the building (now 3666 Paxton) is nice and new, with plenty of exam rooms that each have fun, kid-oriented wallpaper. We always get a quick phone response, and it is never a problem to get an appointment with one of the doctors in the practice if we need them. We've been seen by a few of the other doctors and they all are great.

At age 50 I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to correct hooded eyelids that worsened as I aged. I always looked tired and would catch myself lifting my eyebrows to open my eyes wider. That led to tension headaches. He will explain everything required to get the results that you need. Preoperative and postoperative instructions are provided in detail. I found the procedure to be relatively easy to recover from and absolutely LOVE the result. It has given me a new confidence. His office staff is top notch. He also has a satellite office in the Dayton area. I definitely recommend without hesitation!!! 10/5 stars!
