Avoid at all costs $$$ - literally. Brought them a washer that was shutting off after start up and was told it worked for them after we dropped it off which appears to be a lie. They charged us $255 to "fix it" and when I brought it home, it still didn't even work and did the same things as prior. I decided to return and generally when things aren't fixed, you get a refund. This company wouldn't honor that. We asked them to just remove the part, give us the money back and take the washer for parts and we'd buy one they had available if a good discount was offered due to the entire inconvenience of this situation. Even due to all the trips made, inconsistent communication & poor workmanship they wouldn't budge to help us out. Neither would they honor the previous amount paid to apply on a new purchase. I do not recommend this place due to the headache and being unable to wash clothes at home for 2 weeks now. Save your money and shop elsewhere. read more

So bought my daughter a used W/D they did have a warranty and did work on it one time, but I had to take it to me after they told me they would go by her house and never showed up. They "repaired " but after I picked it up and got it back it had a new issue, back in the truck , week later it's "fixed " only to get it back again only to see that out still had the original issue. After several phone calls to the owner they never called me back. So I bought a new one. read more

I am absolutely am happy with my purchase! my refrigerator went out and I needed one fast so I went to the henderson County appliance store and the guy was very helpful. the price was reasonable and came with a warranty. This guy is a good Christian man and willing to negotiate I highly recommend this place. read more

Really sad. I'm a small business and bought a freezer from them, not your cheap either.....I asked what the warranty was and they told me. It's been about 30 days since i bought the freezer and it's not freezing. My food is going bad, they don't care! They have failed to honor that warranty. read more

I was staying at my Aunts house and her dryer went out. I thought I would pay it forward and buy her a nice used one to replace it for letting me stay while going through a separation from my wife. I took the machine home and it did not run at all, I should have checked it at the place of business. They would not send service so I drove the machine back and left it for repair. I then waited days for a simple repair to be done where I was told the repairman just had to move some stuff around and it was working as I had the salesperson Sarah check it this time. I loaded it took it home and ran it 2x's very small loads and then on the 3rd load the drum stopped turning again. I called and requested service at the house on Friday and was told they would call back. No call so I called and they said Saturday, so I waited and then called around noon after no call. She would call me back and never did. I called her on Monday no call back. Ask for owner to call 2x's of coarse he never did. I requested refund but was denied though the machine has not been repaired in 10 days. They finally came out and repaired but we had bought new set and now I am stuck with a dryer to sell to recoup any investment. They are not reputable beware of ripoff. read more

I bought a stackable w/d set.took it home and the washer wouldn't spin correctly.i called and they sent someone but they refused to fix it even though it was still under warranty.i called a few times and they said someone would be out to fix it but no one ever showed up.i called a few more times but they kept stalling until my warranty went out.i also took an expensive oven to them a few years ago to get repaired.tjey had it for two months.when I went by to check on it they claimed that they didn't know what happened to it.i think they're a piece of crap business and I will never buy anything from them again.ever. read more

Tried to order a part Saturday morning. They were supposed to open at 10am. Got in the store at 10:45 after waiting there since 9:50. I was told they would have the part Monday. I show up and no part. I'm told come in Tuesday at 10 and the part will be there. I send my girlfriend and she waits till 10:15 and they still haven't opened up so she leaves. I go there at 11:30 and am told they have a guy on the way with the part. I don't get the part and leave until 12:40. Worst experience ever and I will never do business there again. Wish I could give less than 1 star. read more
