She dove right in, helping us sort our shelves, working with my child to get rid of toys she had outgrown, and organizing everything into themed bins. In my office, she helped me cull through years of paperwork that had been accumulating in piles. A few months later, I hired Louise to come back and help with our kitchen. Again, she helped us organize everything, from labeling and alphabetizing all of our spices, to helping us get a handle on our pantry and kitchenware. Louise works really hard, is easy to talk to, can work with different personality types (several of my friends use her too!), helps you donate/trash unwanted items, and makes you love your house again. I highly recommend her and I can't wait to tackle another room in a few months!

It's always been hard for me to spend money on something I feel like I should be able to do myself,…read morethings I "should make time for," things I "should figure out." But hiring Iris was one of the best investments I've ever made for my family. I was a new mom at the time and felt extremely in over my head. She completely transformed my kitchen in a way that actually works for real life. It's been about six months since she organized everything, and my kitchen is still completely functional and easy to maintain. Every single thing has a home, and for the first time ever, I've been able to keep it that way. If you've ever felt overwhelmed in your own home, I highly, highly recommend Iris and her team. They don't just make things look pretty, they make your home easier to live in. Next up for me: my closet and my front hall closet! Life is stressful enough; your home should be a space that brings you peace, not stress. Iris helped give that back to me.

I thought I could handle reorganizing my home on my own (I mean, I watched that Marie Kondo show…read moreduring the pandemic). But as soon as I started, I realized it was so much harder than it looked. Sure, I could get rid of things or put items away, but actually creating a functional space that would stay organized when life gets busy is a whole different story. I consider myself organized and have bought all the bins before, but what I lacked was cohesion and functionality, something that only comes from professional experience sourcing the right products and designing a cohesive approach. Cue Iris. I could not be more grateful for the peace, functionality and organization Iris has brought to my life! There are so many things about Iris that made her the right person to work with. For one, she deeply cares about getting things right. Whether it's your taste and preferences or your needs for functionality, she is meticulous in designing a plan that will work for you. As an example, we have a rabbit, so we have to be careful about certain types of products we use and what's accessible in his space. She sourced items that would keep our space tidy while also keeping him happy and safe! Additionally, Iris ensures your home is a living and breathing space. She creates systems that aren't just temporary, but that you can grow into. We all know that all too familiar feeling of shoving things into hidden spaces just to get them out of sight. With Iris, she helps you think through the intentional use of space and finds a functional space for what you need, while (gently) encouraging you to purge the things you don't. Iris transformed not just my home but my entire approach to organizing. Her eye for detail, sense of style, and skill in creating systems that are sustainable (and beautiful) left me feeling genuinely relieved and so much lighter. I didn't even realize how much my cluttered, chaotic spaces were impacting my well-being. Now, every spaces flows, each item has a purpose, and I feel calmer, more productive, and happier just being in my own home! I work from home so this is extra important! We invest in so many different things, but often overlook just how impactful our physical environment can be in our own health and happiness. If there's anything I learned from this process, it's that hiring a professional organizer and stylist is key and Iris is easily the best of them all.

My house was out of control and I was crippled by the clutter and the mess. Lauren came to a walkthrough in my home with no judgement whatsoever and made me feel so comfortable from the moment we said hi. She also has many connections and resources for what to do with your items that you don't want, or companies that can do things like build custom shelving and stuff like that. I don't have enough good things to say about Lauren and this business. From move-outs to move-ins, pantries to closets, small spaces to entire homes. She's very responsive and communicates really clearly and professionally. Recently, we worked closely with her on a huge project. Our mutual client was having their floors refinished while they were out of town. She helped move everything into boxes and ensured they were moved back to their original locations after the work was complete. One of the best things about Rachel is that she's able to work solo. Not everyone has the time or desire to do the organizing themselves - they'd rather have someone else just make the magic happen. With just a few thoughts on the desired end goal, Rachel can run with it and make sure your space is transformed. We recently bought our first house and the only part we weren't satisfied with was the cheap and inefficient ClosetMaid wire rack systems in our closet. Our space wouldn't have worked for a stock IKEA system as there was a pillar and a wiring cabinet for internet in the closet, but even if those concerns weren't present we would still have elected to go with Eric. Our biggest challenge was my wife and my disparate heights. I'm over 6'3" and my clothes are just as long. My wife is 5'4" and hers aren't. We didn't even realize you could customize a closet to accommodate clothes of wildly different length but Eric measured what we already had and did just that. This isn't a possibility with big box solutions, I'm thrilled that my shirts and jackets have enough space to hang without bunching up at the bottom. Eric was punctual and professional at our first meeting, spent a lot of time gathering measurements and soliciting our wants before making some preliminary drawings and showing us his wide selection of materials and finishes. We were thrilled with our first sketch and things only got better when we received our detailed closet plans. Eric worked hard to make sure he could find the finish and drawer style of our dreams, working with multiple vendors to get us that material we needed. His install took about a day and he was clean and quiet--my wife and I were able to work from home while he did his work without issue. We went from not enough storage space to more than we know what to do with. Eric's pricing is fair and comparable to big box do-it-yourself solutions. You will get a custom closet without compromise to fit your budget and will end up with a nicer and more space efficient solution than if you looked elsewhere. Eric even replaced the utilitarian cable closet cover with a bespoke wooden cover that matched the closet material and finish. We shopped around quite a bit for a closet, save yourself some time and just start with Eric.

I've been waiting to post a review to be able to add some nice photos but we have two small kids and I've just realized the closets are never going to look perfectly clean LOL! Eric is a one man shop so there is a wait time for him to build your pieces before install, but it was totally worth it. He made everything exactly to measure, and we had odd spaces to work with so off the shelf wasn't going to work for us.

Where do I even start? Sherri is the real deal and has a true GIFT when it comes to helping others…read more We have worked with her from 2015 during the organizing process, and her and John in 2016 in the design process. This journey has been a complete LIFE CHANGER. I have to agree with the other reviewer about how she is "part organizer part therapist". Before, my husband and I were in transition going from 2 separate homes to 1, and life was messy and unmanageable...and our home reflected that. We had double or triple of things which were randomly placed. It was so overwhelming that it was a huge source of stress and most likely put a strain on our relationship. What happened? We hired Sherri not knowing how brilliant she was. Her personality is warm, compassionate, and totally non-judgemental. This is so important because messiness can come with shame. She was so supportive in OUR vision of our home, and taught us the skills, tools, and systems needed to organize. I also want to note she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a whole person, not just getting things organized. Now, yes, things can get easily get "messy" but we know exactly where things go and cleaning is quick and easy. No more stress anymore. Things in our home have a system tailored to our lifestyle. I can now organize on my own because I have the techniques I learned with Sherri. Her husband, John is fantastic too, and are glad we got a chance to work with him during our design renovations in our home. He's very professional and organized when dealing with scheduling and contractors. Absolutely recommend Sherri and John!! Thank you for helping us!

I can give you every reason / excuse as to why I hadn't been able to get my act together, but you already know. Christy was able to approach my situation in a way that was caring and fun. She wasn't just trying to help me "get rid" of stuff, but really had me look into why I felt the need to have X in the first place. We'd talk it through, come up with a solution, and act on it. Super cathartic. She'd give me realistic "homework" to do until next time, and of course, I'd make excuse why it wasn't done. No judgement! I looked forward to seeing her each time. Here's the thing. Would my life be better if she lived in my home and did it for me? Sure! And she can " just do it" for the client. But for me, her methods have bled over into every aspect of my life. She "taught" me how to take these methods into work, into a way of thinking when approaching just about everything. And time flies when you are with her. Her personality and optimism is contagious! And she can shift focus at a moment's notice. Don't want to tackle de-cluttering closet today? Really need assistance in digital filing ( organizing that crazy computer, bills, etc)? She can do that, too. Need more sessions with her for sure, but not bc she didn't succeed. But bc I want to continue to better my life and 46 years of habits can be tough to break. And face it, we can all benefit from continuing to grow and be our better selves.
