From the moment you hire Elliot to sell your home he takes over ALL the headaches associated with it and you can literally sit back and watch the magic. I am not easy to work with because I know everything you see...and giving control over to someone else is the scariest thing I ever heard! Unfortunately my husband passed away unexpectedly leaving me with a daughter in college, bills to pay and a newly closed business thanks to Covid. I was overwhelmed to say the least which is why I decided to give in and just TRUST a stranger to take control of the one thing that was supposed to sustain myself and my daughter financially for a very long time. I put everything in Elliot's hands and not only did he sell my home...he did it in a week and a half....he did it with multiple offers..:and he got me almost $100k OVER asking price with 30 days free rent after closing so I had the money to move. He made it very clear to the buyers (and it was apparent to me) that he was working for me and my best interest. The MOMENT I signed the contract with him, he went to work. He scheduled open houses and when the inquiries were high he held a few extras so I never had people just showing up or trickling in. Once I chose the best offer and escrow began I then found out that Elliot had a strong team of the BEST people for every single thing to make sure escrow was smooth and on time! He had an endless network of people including painters, movers, gardeners, handymen, cleanup crews and on a few occasions showed up early and moved clutter from the house to the garage for me to make it look nicer (I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't do it myself)! Now I am out of the home and have moved on and I will never forget what this "stranger" did for us in the worst time of our lives. I never felt like Elliot Rousso was just out to make money on a listing. This is a person who takes absolute pride in what he does and strives to be the best...I personally think he has succeeded. If you are selling or buying and you want someone to get it done right this is your guy. An absolute professional! read more

I did extensive research on agents who specialize in properties located in the Conejo Valley. Residing in San Diego it was necessary for me to hire an agent who had the experience and negotiating skills to properly represent me. I opted to employ Elliot and he exceeded my expectations and successfully prepared the property for sale and ultimately we closed escrow in a timely manner. There were several unforeseen issues that arose but Elliot handled them and made the entire transaction stress free. Just completed a complex transaction which involved selling and purchasing properties at the same time, with two different escrows, 3 days apart with closing days, and let me tell you, everything went as planned thanks to Elliot, he was always a step ahead with preparations. I have type "A" personality and a firm believer of a quote, "if you want everything to be done right, then do it your self", well in my case, everything that Elliot have done I wound not done differently, the entire time I felt like we are on the same page and I have his full attention and support. Elliot is a wonderful realtor and extraordinary professional. Being a home buyer in this volatile market was discouraging, however, Elliot´s enthusiasm, optimism and willingness to help were essential to continuing my search. In every step of the process Elliot was mindful of my needs. He managed everything with extreme efficiency and competency, negotiated incredibly well, managed the closing process, and ultimately created the greatest home buying experience. As a second time home buyer, it was critical to hire an honest, hard-working and capable real estate agent. Elliot proved to be that and much more. Elliot continued to stay in touch after my home purchase and made all of his resources for home improvements available to me. Overall, a very delightful experience. Where do I begin, most people say that purchasing a home is the most stressful purchase you will make. However, with Elliot Rousso as your agent, that wont be the case. From the moment we found our home, to the first offer, then to the inspection and closing of escrow my wife and I were never stressed about the entire process. Elliot understands how to manage all the little things so you don't have too, and is extremely well versed in the purchasing procedure. He is highly recommended by us and if we ever decide to upgrade, he will sell our current house and help us find our new one. Thanks Elliot for an awesome JOB!!! read more

Elliot Rousso , amazing service, he helped me find my house and he never give up. Elliot was always ready to take care of any problems, and he always knew what to. Elliot is my agent. Thank you Elliot for making my purchase easy. read more

Elliot is a great realtor to team up with. I was a first time buyer in search of a condo, and was having horrible experiences with those redfin "agents". I was recommended to Elliot by a friend, and was a little hesitant at first because he usually deals with higher end homes. Elliot gladly assisted me in getting my first property. It wasn't an easy process, like all home purchases; I rejected my first bid due to inspection issues, and my second bid (which I ended up purchasing) wasn't easy due to extreme HOA regulations. But Elliot stuck with me and respected every decision I made. I will recommended Elliot to anyone I know, and will definitely use his services for my next purchases. He is very personable, and his ability to form a connection with you and the selling parties is incredible. read more

There are few people that really fight for you and I felt confident through every step of this arduous process. Elliot always made himself available both in person, email and on the phone. I always felt that he was accessible and knowledgeable during this entire transaction. He is reliable and trustworthy which is so important when making such a huge life decision. He made my first home purchase as easy as it could get and I was confident every step of the way because of his experience in this business. Elliot is someone that I will and have recommended to others searching for their new home. You will be lucky to have him on your team! read more

I own multiple houses in the LA area and have bought homes with at least 6 agents in the past. I can tell you that Elliot was far above and beyond other real estate agents. He truly knows what he is doing and is truly on your side every step of the way. My experience with other agents is that you are the source of their commission so they will treat you according to the size of the commission and/or push you to buy/sell a house so their commission is protected. Elliot is not this way, he views you as a true customer and has your best interest in mind. He saved me tens of thousands of dollars from inspection connections, contractor connections as well as reduced the purchase price in my favor ... even with multiple offers on the property. He has a well known reputation with other realtors that consider your bid as solid. He is extremely well connected and was able to close in record time. I am now in a position to walk away with equity on this latest house excess of $200k after only a few months. By far my best real estate experience. read more

Elliot is a gem. He helped my wife and I find our dream home and did so in an efficient and expeditious manner. I am very picky. Elliot understood this and was never impatient or pushy. He gave us plenty of personal attention and spent a great deal of time showing us homes. What I appreciated most however, is that unlike a lot of agents, not every home was the "Right home" for us, and we would be so advised by Elliot. He would let us know when he thought a home was not what we were looking for, and he was right. I would recommend his services, but above all, I would recommend his honesty. Straight up guy. Won't waste your time. read more
