I would absolutely recommend Sagi Barzilay…read more My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and because of that we had a ton of questions. Sagi was able to answer all our questions patiently and clearly, and walk us through the entire process, step by step - what to look for when you're seeing a home, how contingencies work, how escrow works - everything. After looking for a while, we found a home we wanted, and put in an offer. Sagi made sure to stay on top of things and we ended up beating multiple competing offers. During escrow, Sagi negotiated with the seller and managed to get us credits, which made a big difference on our budget. I'm really happy we had Sagi as our agent.

This year was finally the year. I contacted Allen to be my realtor even though I was purchasing a home in Bakersfield because I trusted his expertise. If I saw anything on Zillow and they didn't have an open house, Allen would reach out to schedule a viewing at my earliest convenience. He would also send me houses based on my search criteria around the area. I saw the house of my dreams on the second weekend of actively viewing homes in person. This was around the first week of November. By mid November, we were already in Escrow. Moving during the holidays was stressful and fast pace, but Allen was there to answer my calls anytime and work around my hectic schedule. Believe me, there were many calls/questions as I was a first time home buyer. My daughter, mom, and I are now in our forever home. I can't thank Allen enough for his help throughout this entire process. He has gone above and beyond doing his due diligence about homes in Bakersfield! I will be sure to recommend him to my family and friends in the future.

Having bought and sold many houses, I had experienced many realtors but never someone with Sam's skills. Believe it or not, my wife suggested that I contact him after a friend gave us his book, Go Ask Sam! So, we did and I asked Sam to see if he would like to sell my home. Sam is patient, thorough, and relentless in selling a property. He arranged plumbers, painters and many other services when we were in our new home. Besides publishing incredible photos on the website and in high-quality brochures, he coached us through every step of the process. Sam's skill allowed us to sell the house during the rainy holiday season this year for way over asking and with multiple bids. His communications were always professional and responsive. We cannot say enough about Sam's talent, trustworthiness and ability to advise home-sellers. As I told him recently, this was the easiest sale ever! Everyone including the new homeowners ended up delighted thanks to his efforts. Kudos to Sothebys Int'l Realty and your stellar agent, Sam Pompeo on a job well done.
