That's a pretty basic step--no one wants to be blindsided by a big dental bill without a heads-up. I tried calling, texting, and emailing multiple times to follow up, but no one ever responded. The admin side of this practice seems completely disorganized. After many failed attempts, someone finally picked up--and to my surprise, it was Dr. Greenbaum himself. Honestly, it's not a great sign when the head dentist and owner has to answer the phone at a supposedly busy office. Rather than addressing the issue, Dr. Greenbaum questioned why I left my previous dentist if he was so great--after I mentioned I'd never dealt with anything like this before. This was unexpected but I appreciated the level of transparency they want to share with their patients. Anna was also very helpful in gathering my records from a previous provider. I was taken care of in a timely manner and I really enjoyed how Pedro, the person performing my dental cleaning, was explaining every step of what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
