All of the florals at the wedding and rehearsal dinner were breathtaking - Sharla and her team made everything from a large scale arch to bud vase centerpieces to boutonnieres absolutely stunning. Sharla was very intentional about understanding exactly what my husband and I wanted and was an absolute joy to work with in bringing our vision to like. In addition to being attentive to and flexible with our budget, she was friendly and kind and really went the extra mile with everything she did. Couldn't recommend working with Sharla more!!!

For future brides and grooms, one thing I learned through this process is that wedding planning is…read moredefinitely not all fun and pretty things. There are endless logistics, difficult decisions, and stressful moments. So more than anything, you need a planner you can trust -- someone who can calm you down and actually make you excited about your wedding again. Celia was absolutely that person for us. She brought so much positivity, creativity, patience, resourcefulness and experience to the entire process. The second thing that really sets Celia apart is her eye for design. It's one thing to find someone who can manage logistics well, but it's much harder to find someone who understands who you are as a couple and can translate that into a wedding that actually feels like you. Celia has a strong point of view and gives you her honest opinion, which I really appreciated. Our wedding design and décor (she also does flowers and production) turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined, while still somehow feeling completely "us." And finally, what I'll probably remember most is how personally invested Celia felt throughout the whole process. We worked together for about seven months, and she never made us feel like we were just another wedding on her calendar. She was incredibly responsive and always happy to jump on a call and bounce ideas. It really felt like something we created together. Her excitement and love for what she does were contagious, and by the end, she felt like such a meaningful part of this chapter of our lives. We feel incredibly lucky that we found Celia and her team！

Fantastic planner who truly delivers on the big day!…read more We had a wonderful experience working with Big Day Service for our wedding! From the start, Celia handled communication, overall strategy, and design options splendidly. The final look and feel of the wedding actually turned out even more beautiful than we had anticipated. On the day of the wedding itself, everything went so smoothly that my partner and I were completely free to just focus on each other and enjoy the moment. She was also great at vendor matching--she recommended incredible vendors who had extensive experience working with her, and that existing synergy showed in how seamlessly everyone collaborated. When unexpected hiccups popped up (as they inevitably do with weddings!), she handled them with calm and quick problem-solving. If there's one thing to be aware of, it's that response times can taper off around the middle of the planning process (sometimes responding once every 1-2 weeks). However, this is simply because she prioritizes clients whose dates are immediately upcoming to give them her undivided attention. Sure enough, once we got within 2-3 weeks of our wedding date, she became incredibly responsive and was available for urgent calls promptly whenever we needed her. Overall, we had a very positive experience and are so grateful for her work. Highly recommend Big Day Service if you want a beautiful, stress-free wedding day!

I was obsessed with my bridal bouquet (see photo below) and love love loved the table arrangements!! I also appreciated how transparent she was about pricing and what she could offer within our budget.

I had the amazing pleasure of working with Megan for our wedding a few weeks ago in late October…read more Her input throughout the planning process was invaluable, creative, and most importantly kept my wife stress-free; the day-of coordination, in particular, kept everything going smoothly...which definitely would NOT have happened had we tried to do it ourselves. Let's just say I was barely able to cut the cake properly, let alone make on-the-fly decisions about the schedule and alcohol running out. To be honest, I'm pretty sure the vendors I hired couldn't recall my face if I stapled my yearbook photo to my payment checks because they absolutely LOVED Megan. I think I've received more fan mail from vendors gushing about Megan than letters of congratulations. Not surprising, because she is awesome. My wife and I initially made a go at planning ourselves. We consider ourselves (relatively) capable, but coordinating multiple vendors through the various stages of planning can feel like herding cats. Working with Megan was probably the BEST decision we made (and in my opinion we had a pretty sweet ice luge, so that is saying a lot) and we would not hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly for anyone looking for a planner.

I don't know how to describe how pretty and striking they are. I've hired her a few times, my daughter's weddings, both her Civil Service and also the actual celebration a year later. I also want to mention, because I've recommended her to many of my most discerning clients because the work is as I said, really beyond STUNNING! We got married the weekend after Valentine's Day, so florals were impossible to suit our budget and needs. Grace offered some resourceful ideas that we ended up going with and everything turned out beautifully! Leading up to the wedding, she was communicative and put together some mood board ideas that made visualizing the concept easy! I loved the moody and elegant arrangements that she put together for our rainy day wedding. The team also was able to transport our ceremony florals into our reception, off location, to reuse them so that we were able to get more use from our arrangements. Our day of coordinator also gave us feedback that Grace was a delight to work with and we were able to relax on our wedding day knowing that at least our florals would be taken care of, and so were we.
