Bill went over my results comparing me to where average was for my age, asked me if I was interested, I said yes and put his hand out towards mine we shook on it, I setup two 30 minute sessions a week. I have experienced lower back issues since I was in high school. I have tried Yoga and exercise in the past, but I would eventually experience too much pain to continue and make it a regular practice.
