That is not what I received. Instead, my hair was left significantly darker overall with fewer highlighted pieces, sporadic isolated blonde strands, large dark sections, minimal interior highlights, uneven placement, and a major loss of dimension and contrast. I paid for full highlights and color not scattered, disconnected pieces. I have been walking around with this horror show result since August, What has made this even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I submitted multiple messages through the Tribez website with no meaningful response. I have also called the salon repeatedly the phone rings, but there has been no pickup and no callback. At this point, my issue is not just the hair result. It is also the lack of follow-up, accountability, and customer service after spending nearly $1,000 with this business. I am requesting a professional resolution: either a no-cost corrective service performed by a different experienced senior stylist, or appropriate compensation/refund for the service that did not match what I requested.
