I knew I shouldn't ignore it as much as I ignored my tire light (which had been on for the past month.) On Thursday morning, I called multiple garages hoping they had appointments open to take a look at my car. Sadly, most places were completely booked. I had work later that day... I had no time to waste. Thankfully though, calling Northwood resulted in my car being fixed that morning! The sound coming from my car was a minor problem, fixed by removing chunks of snow from under my car! Additionally, The technicians were available to change my oil, the dead bulbs in my lights, and pump my tires! I didn't even need to sell my kidney on the black market to pay for the service! Even though they are slammed Keith not only found the problem, fixed it but also noticed an additional issue with the water pump. Granted it wasn't an expense I was looking for at the start of vacation BUT they did us the favor squeezing the repair in when they are actually 2 weeks out on appoiments.
