I got a basic oil change with no additional…read moreservices that they like to try and tack on like changing air filters etc. My car does take an additional quart of oil so there is always a slight up charge for getting more than 5 quarts but the price was ridiculous. It was about $100 and I went with the cheapest oil option they had. The guy pulled out my air filter to show me and try to convince me to replace that as well but after I questioned the exorbitant oil cost he didn't try to push the air filter because I clearly was going to say no. Besides being overcharged they were also rude and slow. I was the only car there and my oil change took 40 minutes. Before starting the service I asked how long I should expect and the guy just snapped at me and said it would take as long as it would take. Both of the employees that I spoke to were rude and demeaning every time we interacted. I went here because I was driving by and it was convenient but there are many shops to get an oil change from on this street and I can guarantee I will never come back to this place.

They got me right in, and did it while i waited. It took like 30 min which is a little long, but they did it right and looked some things over (i could see). My husband brought his car in on July 9th for a leaky radiator and an issue with a possible oil leak. My husband made multiple phone calls for updates on the progress and was told lies like "we had to reorder the parts from the manufacturer because the ones we originally ordered weren't good enough". Another like was "oh we just realized the radiator cap isn't the issue, there appears to be a leak in the radiator". This last was a favorite because they had already had the car for 2 weeks and just discovered this issue, which is exactly what we told them was the problem because we need to add coolant to the radiator in large amounts every time we drove the car. Long story short this location had my husband's car for over a month and did absolutely no work to it. There were repeated phone calls to follow up on the status and are always told "it's being looked/worked on". We even drove there and spoke to a manager or the owner who lied to our faces, after having it for a month, that it would be done the next day. What a surprise it wasn't. My husband had unexpected open heart surgery and was recovering during the month it was gone. Finally we had enough and told them to give us the car back because obviously someone was lying about it being worked on. We got it back and not a damn thing was finished. The did not work on a single item, returned it to us exactly as we had dropped it off. Then they charged us over $80 for the coolant they had to add for the job they never fixed. Also they had it on the lift so long it killed the battery and we had to get it jump started to leave their lot. Do not trust this place. We took the car to Ron's Toy Shop for the same issue, they had it done in a day. So take your cars there because Ron's is awesome!
