I saw Venison snack sticks which I had in the past from somewhere else that I really liked and then I saw Bison and Elk snack sticks which I have never seen before, Venison sticks were out in favor of the Bison and Elk sticks which I have not had before. Well since Elk is the least seen meat in my travels I opted for the Elk. The Elk sticks was a tasty good quality meat stick that I liked but I can't really say it's distinguishable from other quality Beef meat sticks but at least I can say I had them.

We were warmly greeted when we…read morewalked in, and asked if we had ever done Korean BBQ before, which was nice to ask for those that aren't familiar. We waited about 5 minutes so they could preheat the table grill. They have tables for really any size group. QR code menu at the table allowed us to order what we wanted, it was pretty much all covered under the $35.99/pp AYCE price, drinks excluded. Started with some apps- Japchae was OK, surprised there weren't more veggies. Tteokbokki was not spicy as described, but was so good! Cheese dogs were fun, the mustard on the outside was very good. Favorite apps by far were the beef mandu dumplings and fried shrimp! All of the bulgolgi meats were excellent- regular beef, regular pork and spicy beef! Highly recommend. Pork belly was perfect, and kalbi ribs were nice and thinly sliced with a good marinade. Salmon and shrimp were fine, but both were very plain, perhaps an option for garlic shrimp?! Sauces were a split decision at the table, two of us thought they were great, and two thought they needed more soy-based options. Had some plum soju (rice wine), the sweet was nice against some of the spicy meats. Brown sugar bubble tea was fresh, but the tapioca pearls were very hard, needed to be cooked way longer. Mai Tai was a good balance of fruity and boozy! Definitely save room for a Melona bar for dessert- they are a popular Korean dessert that is a perfect blend of ice cream and a Popsicle. The melon flavor is so good and the perfect end to the meal. Everything was very clean, service was friendly and helpful with the grill table and ordering. Would definitely come back!

I highly recommend anyone to try this spot.. just be sure to make reservations since it's a small space and it fills up very quickly, even on weeknights. Placing an order in person to-go took 20 minutes, but my order was small. It may be a longer wait because they do uber eats/grubhub, etc. Food: Hands down the egg rolls are amazing. I will be back for them. Super crispy and the filling was great. The spring rolls were another story. They were as a big as my forearm. They were impossible to eat they just fell apart picking them up. One of the shrimp inside was barely cooked and I just quit eating them after spitting that out. The ingredients inside the rolls are unbalanced (sooo many shredded carrots), the cuts in sizes of the meatballs were huge so that everything ripped through the rice paper, the rice noodles were overcooked, and the sauce was so thin that it didn't stick on the rolls. I'll probably try another item or two off the menu the next time I order their egg rolls and update my review then.
