The quote was extremely high and I was told it would take a WEEK to remove and clean the mold up. There ended up being very little mold and it took two workers 7 hours. The workers did an excellent job removing the sheetrock and cleaning up. The estimate was $5388.12. Dayspring didn't reduce the bill even though it only took 7 hours plus some behind the scene time. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and Dayspring responded that they meant to reduce the bill by $976.55. Dayspring indicated, twice, that they would refund the $976.55 but it is August 2025 and the refund has not been received. Even if the refund is ever received, It is OUTRAGEOUS to charge $4411.57 for 7 hours of work plus some behind the scene time. It is also OUTRAGEOUS to lie and say you are going to issue a refund and not do it. What kind of business does that? Save yourself and headache and find a different company for your business. A business that has honest employees and that can provide a decent quote with and accurate timeline for the work.

Even though she again said, they have sent it back for more corrections. She informed me during our phone call that she had no idea who my insurance company was or who the adjuster was that she sends all paper work through a 3rd party. Funny how when I asked her to email me all of the paper work, she stated my insurance companies name AND cc'd my adjuster. Sara also hung up on me and when I called back to talk to her, Stephanie answered the call, referred to herself as "the answering service" and refused to transfer the call.
