You absolutely want Wired Electric on your home maintenance team…read more We were sitting in our living room one night enjoying the lights on the Christmas tree when we began to smell something like burning plastic. Our search for the origin of the smell became more frantic as the smell intensified. Finally we discovered the smoldering outlet and called the fire department. The drama intensified when the firemen arrived and tested the wall and removed a melted outlet. As soon as the hour permitted, we called Wired Electric in the morning. Ryan was busy but he made time to come to the house to help us. He quickly replaced the melted outlet and rewired the other one in the same room. He returned as soon as his calendar allowed and rewired the rest of the outlets and will return later this spring to set us up with a more efficient and safer electric box. Thanks to Ryan, I have been sleeping more soundly knowing he has made and continues to make our house safer. We are deeply grateful to Ryan for his professionalism, expertise, and willingness to get to you when you need him. Ryan is an all-around great guy. Thank you, Ryan.

I left a message and he returned the call later that evening. I told him where I live and he didn't blink; instead scheduled a time to come give an estimate. After receiving the quote, we scheduled service. We were flexible and communicated that to J. We understand the challenges of remote work and other jobs more critical and worked with him. While waiting for him to come out, I referred him without hesitation to neighbors. Jeremiah is not just an owner, he has been on sight busting his tail supervising and operating. His military background is evident in every conversation I've had with him. He overcame some unexpected equipment problems which is exasperated by the remote work. He finished the work at our place and is currently working for others out here. We are more than satisfied and can't say how much we appreciate him coming all this way. Glad neighbors elected to use him while out here. Never a complaint or an excuse. I can't recommend OTTS more highly. Because J is hands on and not sitting at a desk, I suggest following up phone calls with text. It has been a pleasure dealing with J and getting to know a man of such integrity and hard working. Fair prices, great equipment, reliable service. Spencer Huffman
