We have found a wonderful business who makes our needs a lot less stressful come snow season. Over the Top Roofing does an excellent job plowing our long driveway. I called for an estimate to replace my roof. The lady I spoke with over the phone was completely condescending. Being that it is a small town I had limited options for roofers. This company also had good reviews. I went ahead and asked for the estimate. I was told it would just show up in my email sometime in the next 4 weeks. I received it at the very end of that 4 weeks. I called to see when I could get it done and again they were completely rude. She kinda laughed and said "oh we are booked through next summer". I was never told that they were a year out to which she responded "we don't tell people till they accept the estimate". The fact they were booked out a whole year is completely understandable but the customer service and communication was condescending, rude, and impersonal. read more

This company provides our snow plow services and they do an excellent job. They respond in a timely manner and take good care of surrounding landscaping. The customer service is some of the best we've experienced. A great company run by great people. read more
