We live outside Jeremiah's normal service area. After others refused to provide service out of Missoula, I stumbled upon Jeremiah's business. I left a message and he returned the call later that evening. I told him where I live and he didn't blink; instead scheduled a time to come give an estimate. After receiving the quote, we scheduled service. We were flexible and communicated that to J. We understand the challenges of remote work and other jobs more critical and worked with him. While waiting for him to come out, I referred him without hesitation to neighbors. Jeremiah is not just an owner, he has been on sight busting his tail supervising and operating. His military background is evident in every conversation I've had with him. He overcame some unexpected equipment problems which is exasperated by the remote work. He finished the work at our place and is currently working for others out here. We are more than satisfied and can't say how much we appreciate him coming all this way. Glad neighbors elected to use him while out here. Never a complaint or an excuse. I can't recommend OTTS more highly. He thoroughly went over my options and gave me a fair price for the job. He and his crew went to work and was able to prevent damage to my property.
