Joseph never showed up when he said he would and ultimately only ended up mowing four times as of 9/13/2018. Offered a number of times to just take a refund with a good credit for the work he had done ($50+ a time when he originally quoted $37) and he continued to promise he would show up and never did. I offered to work with him to either take payments for a refund or find a time in his schedule that would work and he continued to miss appointments and made no effort to refund. On August 16th, 2018 he said he wouldn't be able to mow for me anymore and that he would refund. I have not received any money nor has he made any further efforts to resolve anything. Joseph Munroe has stolen $200+ from me. I would not recommend using his lawn service.

If I could give no stars, I would. We are in town visiting and were very excited to shop at…read moreWagner's. We went in to purchase some rock. The young man at the counter gave us red tape to mark the rock we wanted. We went out and marked the rocks and he asked that we come back in when we were done to tell him which five rocks we put the red tape on. Then after all that, he told us they would try to get to them today, to weigh them, and that they are very busy today. We explained we weren't from the area and needed to pick the rock up today. We also called a bit after we left to check on the progress and were again told how busy they are today. Several hours later we received a voice message that said they don't sell the rocks separately. When we called called back to talk to someone, we were told the rocks were not sold separately and we had to buy the whole pallet for $4,000. We told them that we felt the communication of misinformation was unprofessional. We didn't get a chance to explain further as the woman on the phone laughed at our remark. To not explain the process correctly in the beginning, we feel also wasted our time and has stalled our landscaping project. I am going to tell everyone I know in Butte not to use Wagner's.
