Servepro was hired to do the mitigation on my home after a leak in my bathroom. A week after the job was complete, I called my adjuster to find out what was going on, I was told Servepro had not yet submitted the paper work. I called and spoke to Sara who was very short with me saying, all the paper work has been submitted, but they keep sending it back for corrections. Then two weeks later I called my adjuster again and got the same response. I then called Servepro again and spoke with Sara who again was very rude and short with me. blaming everything on the insurance company. Even though she again said, they have sent it back for more corrections. She informed me during our phone call that she had no idea who my insurance company was or who the adjuster was that she sends all paper work through a 3rd party. Funny how when I asked her to email me all of the paper work, she stated my insurance companies name AND cc'd my adjuster. Sara also hung up on me and when I called back to talk to her, Stephanie answered the call, referred to herself as "the answering service" and refused to transfer the call. This company purports to be a "clean up and restoration" service, but beware. On the final day of the clean up, after I had politely rated them online as they asked me to, I found out that they don't restore ANYTHING. I was told "well you have to find your own contractor". They led me to believe from the beginning that they would do the construction to complete the water damage restoration process. Now it will take me months to have ServiceMaster complete this. They also damaged a medicine cabinet and left holes in my walls from staples. They refuse to take care of this. Josh stated 'oh the rebuild company will fix that (THEIR damage). I was told by one employee, ' we have had several complaints about that' (not completing the process and misleading customers). Very bad, stressful experience. read more

We called Serve pro after a death occurred in our home. This was an incredibly difficult time for our family and it was made more difficult by the fact that they did a poor job with the cleaning they were hired to do. My friend was kind enough to meet the crew and oversee the cleaning. The next day she arrived to meet them to sign off on the work. They did not show up to go over the work. My friend spent another 2.5 hours cleaning before she felt like we could return home. We had to spend another night in a hotel because of the room not being clean. When you have a tragic death and hire a company to do a job that costs thousands of dollars that job should be done well. I was very disappointed by the service we received and a difficult time for my family was made more difficult because the job was not done correctly. read more

My mom had an absolutely horrendous experience with these people. Everything from poor service to suing her for a $35 balance when she had documentation that she was paid in full. For a franchise owned by a family member of the original company I am appalled at the way they run their business. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company so you don't get sued when they tell you that you are paid in full. They are nothing but con artists. Zero stars do not recommend at all. read more

This was the first time I have had water damage in my basement and didn't know what to expect. Both Chance and Caroline came in the evening the day I called, extracted the water, setup drying fans and dehumidifiers and checked on the progress twice a day. Cabinetry had to be removed from the wall to check for mold, water logged cardboard boxes taken out and various other damaged "junk". Chance explained and showed me all the issues which were found in a manner that I could easily understand the concerns and potential . I highly recommend these two, however, (please take no offense) I hope to never see these two on my property again! LOL :-) read more

Be sure you are home if you bring them in. They made an equipment error in my home by putting a concentrated deodorant in the soap dispenser and then cleaning the carpet. The house turned toxic. They only double rinsed aster I directed them too. The most disturbing part is the untrue statements they told the insurance company on follow up. Richard, Lawson and Alec serviced my home after a frozen gasket blew and leaked upstairs in the bathroom all the way to the first floor laundry room. I would like to say first, Servpro tried to help me get intouch with a plumber and tried to help me find my water shut off valve as the incident happened. There were no available plumbers at the time but I do appreciate the operator trying to helping me. After, the three gentlemen came into my home and were very professional and concerned about the quality of work they did. They were extremely trusting and did quick accurate work. They informed me of everything they were doing and things that needed to be done throughout the process. They checked in often and also texted me to let me know when they were on their way to start work. They were very communicative and pleasant to be around. They worked quietly as I work from home and were polite when needing my attention for issues or signatures. Overall 5 stars for this crew! We had a leak behind the refrigerator while on vacation and came home to a flooded basement and a soaked wood floor on the main level of our home. We talked to our insurance company and they suggested that we call a flood mitigation company. I called ServePro and talked to Sarah and she sent a team out immediately and they started the cleanup process. Logan, Austin, and Alec did a fantastic job getting the water out of the carpet and moving furniture out of the way to pull back the carpet and remove the padding of the affected areas. They put lots of fans and de-humidifiers in these areas to dry out the carpet and a few tiles that were affected by the bar area. They also built a plastic tent over the soaked wood floor around the refrigerator area on the main level. They came out everyday and checked the moisture with a monitor until all areas were dry. They removed the affected drywall from the ceiling and walls downstairs in the basement, and cleaned every area like they were never here. We are very pleased with the work that the team did and they were very helpful, courteous, respectful, and professional. We would definitely refer/recommend ServePro to our family and friends. It was just before Thanksgiving when we noticed water in our basement laundry room. I found the leak and addressed it, but still had to get the water out from the floor and part way up the walls. I called Serv Pro of Helena and they said they'd be out in about 90 minutes (it was a weekend, so I thought that was pretty good). They showed up in about 60 minutes, assessed the situation, let me know what they could do, what the costs were and what I could expect. They helped me move stuff out of the room, then set up their equipment and went to town. They were professional, courteous and empathetic and friendly. And, did I mention, they responded FAST - even on a weekend? They came back to check on the progress, took moisture measurements and kept me appraised of the progress and prognosis at every step. I cannot recommend anyone higher. Would I use them again? I would use them again in a NEW YORK MINUTE! They were great. In February 2017, I had back to back water damage in my basement. Ultimately it required the removal of nearly all of the basement carpet after the water had been extracted. SERVPRO of Helena was quick to answer, respond, and fully mitigate the need.
