I took paperwork and filled it out outside, turned back in quickly and went back outside. Guy at front desk half asleep with earbuds in just checking people in and handing out paperwork. Had to go inside several times to check to see if my name was called because it was 20 min after my appt and I was still standing outside. Back in the imaging area the atmosphere felt cleaner. The Tech was super nice and quick and we a fun conversation during my exam. She gets a ***** rating, but the facility does not.

The MRI Technologist wss very friendly and explained the exam/procedure in detail. I was expecting to be in there for over an hour based on ChatGPT. But I was done in maybe 30-40 minutes. I did have to sit in the waiting room in a while because I wasn't warned thay the contrast could make me feel dizzy and brain foggy. They were kind enough to make CDs of the MRI images for my physicians while I waited in the waiting room. It was a pleasant experience, but next time I know to have my husband or a friend drive me for a contrast study.

I thought that I was passing stones. When it got so bad I went to the emergency room. Because of the portal and fast results I was able to show them Simons findings resulting in faster treatment and removal of my gallstones and next day gallbladder. What's unacceptable is that no effort was made to notify patients who already had appointments scheduled. A simple phone call would've saved people time and frustration. The front desk experience made it even worse. The man at the front had some of the worst customer service I've encountered--he refused to even look up and speak to me directly, didn't explain the situation like a professional, and instead handed a piece of paper across the desk telling me to go try other locations. No apology. No accountability. No respect. If you're going to cancel services for the day, own it, communicate it, and treat people like adults. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values basic professionalism and courtesy.
