Exceptional care from start to finish…read more I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wells and his staff in Wesley Chapel. From the moment I walked in, the entire office made me feel calm, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their patient chairs are massage chairs, they offer weighted blankets and a warm face towel after your treatment. Dr. Wells is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough--he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth thanks to his skill and gentle approach. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work and cares deeply about his patients' comfort and outcomes. The staff is equally wonderful--friendly, caring, and welcoming. If you need an endodontist, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Wells. He sets the gold standard for care, professionalism, and compassion.

Everyone there, and I mean everyone, is genuinely focused on taking care of you and your mouth. I walked in nervous, not knowing what to expect. My first root canal? Yeah, I was anxious. But Dr. Yelisetty and Dr. Wells made sure I understood exactly what was happening and why it needed to happen. They were patient, kind, and really listened to my concerns. Dr. Yelisetty got me started and was awesome, and then Dr. Wells stepped in for the next part. He made sure I was 100% comfortable, even making small changes just to help me feel at ease. You can tell the whole team truly cares--and that makes a huge difference. If you're worried like I was, don't be. These folks are pros, and they actually make you feel like you're in good hands--because you are.

One-Star Review for Endodontic Specialists, P.A. (Brandon, FL)…read more My wife, Lu, had a root canal here on September 13, 2024. Since her insurance had no funds left, we paid $1,017.10 in full upfront. The procedure was fine, but his billing department is a nightmare. This situation is complicated, so let me explain the timeline. Lu first had crown work done at SmileWrite Dentistry, our longtime dentist, which maxed out her insurance benefits. When she later needed a root canal, SmileWrite referred us to Dr. Soliman. Before scheduling, we informed his office that insurance was fully used and negotiated a cash price of $1,017.10, which we paid in full. Despite this, his office double billed us--charging insurance $836 for the same procedure we already paid for. That money should have gone to SmileWrite for their legitimate claim, but instead, his office took it without our knowledge. When we caught the error, they refused to void the claim and instead offered a refund--but for $80 less than what they took. Sure, $80 isn't a huge amount, but it's the principle--they knowingly took money that wasn't theirs and won't fully correct it. It's been four months, and even after agreeing on a call with my provider and insurance rep to return the full amount, they still haven't. This isn't a simple mistake--it's shady billing. Dr. Soliman, do you know your billing team is damaging your reputation and referral relationships? SmileWrite has sent you many patients, yet your billing department's refusal to fix this has also prevented them from getting paid for legitimate work. That's no way to treat the people sending you business. After four months of trying to resolve this, I had no choice but to write this review. We've also filed a BBB complaint and are waiting for a response. Dr. Soliman's office, do the right thing--refund the full $836 so SmileWrite can be made whole.

I searched through reviews to find a dentist who could make the experience as stress-free as possible, and the reviews about Dr. Tsatalis at the Riverview office were absolutely right--she is fantastic! This was, hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had. Even before meeting Dr. Tsatalis, her assistant Sonia took the time to calm my nerves and make me feel more at ease. They are a terrific team! If you need endodontic care, this is the place to go. I never imagined I would be writing a positive review about a dental visit, but they are that good!

I visited my new dentist for in Florida for some tooth pain, the dentist looked at my teeth,…read moremeasured my pain and then said "I believe you need a root canal. I'm going to refer you to the endodontist." I was surprised they didn't just schedule me for a root canal in that office. I made an appointment with Citrus Endodontics on W. Kennedy Blvd. in South Tampa. Frank Berdos DMD MS examined my teeth and confirmed both teeth were in need of root canals. I could have cried right there. I've had root canals before and they are awful when it's one at a time. Now I was facing two. I was presented a treatment plan and cautioned of the risks. Dr. Berdos did the work immediately. It was quick and virtually painless. He was understanding of my dental care phobias and gentle both physically and in his explanations. As a Florida newbie I was pretty confused as to why I needed to see a separate dentist to get a root canal. I was fairly upset with the prospect of waiting until a specialist could "fit me in". Everywhere I've ever gone prior to living in Florida has offered root canals in the office when one is warranted. Well I'm converted. There is something to be said about someone who does nothing but root canals all day every day. His expertise was evident in so many ways. This experience was miles better than any other experience I've had getting root canals. I believe this experience was even less painful than some tooth cleanings I've had. The reception staff was professional and expedient, the support staff was kind and knowledgeable, the Dr. worked quickly and efficiently finishing 2 root canals faster than I've ever received even one in the past. Today aside from a small ache (expected from that amount of dental work) I'm doing better than I have done in months. This morning I received a call from Citrus Endodontics to check on my welfare. If you find yourself in need of a root canal (or two ) I couldn't recommend this this practice more.

It's really saddens me that I was employed by such management that spoke badly about other employees and brought them down to their lowest. Please consider and choose somewhere else to be employed by.. Great Doctors but really poor management. I would be ashamed of yourself to be at that level professionally and bully a pregnant employee... shame on you and shame on Citrus Endo.

I was like "oh wait I am not sure what I did wrong, I just don't understand why I would need them" they said we need you to leave. And he kicked me out, 9 months pregnant and all. I have never ever been treated like that before in my life, just incase some of you might have questions about your teeth - they don't tolerate that at all. So wild, not educating the patience or helping them get the right care. My husband called saying hey why are you treating my wife like this and the doc said I am twisting the words and was argumentative just to argue (that's not my personality). I have never met a doctor who does not appreciate question. In all sincerity I was actually trying to understand, but they clearly didn't like that. Really wished they treated me more kind. Also, I just read the other reviews and I guess this isn't the first weird thing about x-rays! The senior hygiene lady was so mean to me too! I have excellent teeth, but go for cleanings every 3 to 4 months to take care of my gums. On this visit, I was told I must get X-rays, fine no big deal. But when I did not want them the senior hygienist were essentially yelling at me. I will not name any names but the doctor essentially told me go somewhere else... He then sent me a letter" Thank you for visiting the practice you're going to need to find a new dentist" Wow that's after I already indicated I would find a new dentist. Thanks for the going away letter. I agreed to the X-rays because I needed a cleaning, my "new" hygienist loved to berate me the entire appointment commenting on my gums not being perfect or my slightly crooked bottom teeth. Mind you my teeth with the exception of 4 bottom teeth are perfectly straight. She told me to get bottom braces not once but 4 times. The doctor who sent me the lovely going away letter, who I've gone to for over 8 years spent about 15 seconds with me at my appointment. Instead of calling me to address my negative experience or even apologizing to keep my business, he sent a letter " Thank you for visiting our practice. Going forward your going need to find a new dentist". Going forward with this type of incredibly bad interaction , he will need to find new patients. To treat a long term patient like I'm disposable because they are too busy to deal with me, is just how unprofessional and terrible they acted towards me. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had Joan sign me up for a dental plan in 2019. She signed me up for automatic renewal without telling me and I was charged for 2020, 2021, and again in 2023 without my knowledge. In that period I went to the office and had work done without insurance paying anything. They quit accepting that plan after 2019. Then she sells me a new plan in 2022 and I soon discover I had been paying for the first one for three years without any benefit. I complained and they cancelled my insurance without reimbursing me for anything. I knew I would never get my premiums back for the first plan but they should reimburse me for the second. They have ripped me off of 150 dollars and when I disputed the charge they refused to settle the dispute. This was Joan's mistake, she never asked or told me she was signing me up for auto renewal. This is so wrong. Besides that, after spending over 10,000 for crown replacement my mouth has never been right. My mouth bothers me constantly now and 3d xrays don't show what is under the crowns but something is not right. I would advise you all to stay away from this office, you may learn to regret it as I have.
