I scheduled two appointments about two weeks apart with two different therapists since I didn't know who to choose. After my first massage (with someone else), I wasn't completely sold and almost canceled my second appointment. But I noticed the therapist I had booked next (Caylah Davis) already had glowing reviews, so I decided to give it a chance. I am SO glad I did. From the moment the session started, I could tell she was different. I'm someone who tends to live in my head and has a hard time fully relaxing, especially with a lot going on in my life lately. Somehow, Caylah completely pulled me out of that mental noise and into a true state of relaxation. That alone is a gift. Her techniques are incredible. She really listens to feedback about pressure and adjusts seamlessly. At one point, she used a combination technique massaging my arm and leg simultaneously, and I was absolutely entranced. The entire time I kept thinking, "She is so good. She is amazing. I'm recommending her to everyone I know." Selfishly, part of me hesitates to write this because I want all her appointments for myself, but she has absolutely earned the recognition. The fact that she is still in training is mind-blowing because she already works like a seasoned professional. I've been back two more times since that first session with her. On my most recent visit, I had done manual labor and came in extremely sore. She completely adjusted her technique and treatment plan to meet exactly what my body needed that day. That level of intuition and adaptability is rare. 100/10. Truly. Thank you, Caylah!! I can't wait for my next appointment. I loved how she made sure that the length and face frame was exactly what I wanted. She was so gentle even when brushing out my tangled, fine hair. At the end of my cut, she recommended certain products but there was no push to buy anything today. I will keep these in mind for next time I come. This situation left me with a newborn, a two year-old and no daycare at the last minute. When we asked the owner what we are supposed to do for child care her response was "you have child care, you are on maternity leave for 3 months." I want only the best for my kids and this was not the place for my family. The turnover with staff is beyond anything I have ever seen...and should be considered a red flag. One of MCA's best employee/teacher was treated so bad/unfairly and disagreed with how we were treated that she left. My advice is do your research and if you have any reservations...look elsewhere!

You will hear all kinds of sales talk and "special offers" pushing you toward a 3-year agreement. It may sound like a good deal, but with just one signature, you're locked into a three-year obligation. And it doesn't stop there. Every year, they charge an additional "maintenance fee" that they decide. So the amount you think you're agreeing to pay is not even the real total. What you sign and what you actually end up paying are not the same. On top of that, if you don't enroll in autopay, they charge you an extra $14-$15 every month. But they don't clearly show you where or how to set up autopay in the portal. Instead, you get bounced around different systems and portals, and somehow you end up with extra charges. It feels like too many tricks designed to squeeze more money out of customers. Canceling is even worse. You're required to send a certified letter to a P.O. Box just to cancel. There's no real person to deal with. You have to document every step yourself. If they claim they didn't receive your certified mail, you could find yourself stuck in another three-year contract. At that point, you may even have to consider legal action just to get out. This has been a major disappointment. The whole structure feels designed to trap customers into long-term payments rather than provide honest service. Save yourself the stress. Take your money somewhere transparent, professional, and respectful of its members.
