Bring up a concern and they deny, deflect, and bring up their contract. It's all about their "contract" with them. Even if your kid is being hurt by someone there, you have to get a lawyer to get out of their "contract". "Master whatever" seems like a money grubbing douchebag who has little concern for the welfare of the kids who we are paying him to protect and give a FUN experience. We're not paying him to let them get abused. It's one thing I don't take lightly. If one of the boys ever say they aren't comfortable I'm not making them go ever.

My past experiences were excellent, with the exception of periodic bill creep issues. In the past, I have been able to call customer service and have a helpful CSR offer a "promotional rate" to knock my bundled package back down to where it should be - $99 plus taxes and fees to go up to $115-120. For analog cable, basic, phone, and basic internet, they offer a bundled rate of $79/month to new customers. My bill has been $117/month for several years (total bill, including taxes and fees. Doable. This month it jumped up to $142. Not okay. The rep said that I was on a promotional rate that ended and that they couldn't do anything else for me. Period. So, basically, they would rather lose a long-term customer with impeccable payment history than extend the same price they offer everyone else. Knology, you just made my decision very easy. So long.

Been a customer to 7 years and called for service (first time) b/c we lost signal. My next bill…read morewent from $153 to $259. Charged us for "truck roll out fee" $50 and some other stuff. After a lengthy hold time and phone conversation they removed the $50 and told me that they had not been charging us for some of our equipment by mistake (yet it was all getting a signal) and the person the tech was talking to on the phone figured this out??? That will teach me to call for service! Short of the story our bill now goes up $30 and we have all the same channels and equipment. WOW
