I was recommended to try a massage at Arbor Massage School in Knoxville, and when I first went to…read morebook, everything was already full, which should have been my first clue! I scheduled two appointments about two weeks apart with two different therapists since I didn't know who to choose. After my first massage (with someone else), I wasn't completely sold and almost canceled my second appointment. But I noticed the therapist I had booked next (Caylah Davis) already had glowing reviews, so I decided to give it a chance. I am SO glad I did. From the moment the session started, I could tell she was different. I'm someone who tends to live in my head and has a hard time fully relaxing, especially with a lot going on in my life lately. Somehow, Caylah completely pulled me out of that mental noise and into a true state of relaxation. That alone is a gift. Her techniques are incredible. She really listens to feedback about pressure and adjusts seamlessly. At one point, she used a combination technique massaging my arm and leg simultaneously, and I was absolutely entranced. The entire time I kept thinking, "She is so good. She is amazing. I'm recommending her to everyone I know." Selfishly, part of me hesitates to write this because I want all her appointments for myself, but she has absolutely earned the recognition. The fact that she is still in training is mind-blowing because she already works like a seasoned professional. I've been back two more times since that first session with her. On my most recent visit, I had done manual labor and came in extremely sore. She completely adjusted her technique and treatment plan to meet exactly what my body needed that day. That level of intuition and adaptability is rare. 100/10. Truly. Thank you, Caylah!! I can't wait for my next appointment. If you're considering booking at Arbor Massage School, do yourself a favor and schedule with Caylah while you can. You will not regret it.

I loved how she made sure that the length and face frame was exactly what I wanted. She was so gentle even when brushing out my tangled, fine hair. I already cannot wait to come back and get a balayage done with Lauren!!

I went here with a large group on what looked like a busy night. One of my family members has made several awesome things here. We had a great time (except for a portion of our party who was having a hard time for unrelated reasons, which was embarrassingly taken out on the staff who, ill say, handled it all very well - I wish I could have apologized + thanked them in person). They were exceptionally kind to me despite my hangriness and stayed positive throughout the hours of the evening - even overtime. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful. I would recommend this place to others.

We've been attending Premier Athletics for over a year and a half with multiple teachers and times…read more If you are going for gymnastics, it is very disappointing. It is clear their priority is cheerleading. Because of Covid and where we used to live my daughters were behind for their age, but Premier did not help. My two girls did not have great teachers, and were more babysat than pushed. They never got floor time. That was 100% reserved for cheerleaders. They were happy to simply take our money and call it a day and only leveled them up when I brought up how my girls seemed ahead of the group they were in. I put them at the absolute lowest level, so they could get used to it again and get the muscle and coordination back. I knew they would leave that level quickly, but didn't until I took action.

This review is strictly for a birthday party we had at this location. We requested an instructor…read morewho could instruct my daughter's invitees on tumbling. We paid in full a month before the party. When we arrived to the location, we were told, after having to ask, that there would not be an instructor for the class. This was very disappointing as we had told all the parents and kids that there would be one. Premier told us that all of their employees were at a competition. So, they would have known in advance that there was no instructor available and could have let us know prior to our party. We did get a $25 refund but that was only after I emailed and then called them about it. I got no response from my email so I called during business hours. They didn't seem to apologetic on the phone either. It sounded like this was common.

Before considering Apostolic Christian Academy for day care, you must look at the cost per child…read moreand realize that the day care opens and closes on the area school schedule. So, if school is closed for in-service or a holiday, like president's day, the day care is also closed. This is a total inconvenience for those in careers that do not close for all federal holidays and school in-service. Also, your day care fees are not reduced those weeks that are shortened due to their decision to close. Not only do you have to pay full price for the day they choose to close, but you also have to find supplemental care that could be an added cost, or lose hourly pay if you have to stay home with your child.
