The flavors, when they could make their own, before the government got their big nose in it, were the best. They helped me quit. The minute the government took over I went back to cigarettes because I couldn't get a decent flavor. Now I stink again and I'm destroying my health. Thanks USA. HOWEVER, I digress. The people who worked here made this place a treasure. Sad to see it gone. For a whole year!

I'm giving this place 3 stars because I'm an advanced vaper with 6 years of vaping under my belt,…read moreand this place seems more geared toward new vapers. Their selection of advanced gear is very, very slim and they don't carry juices with complex blends, they're mostly single flavors (for example strawberry, watermelon, etc). But what bothered me the most was that they used old school cartomizers to sample their juices. You cannot taste the true flavor of a juice with a cartomizer, especially when you will be using the juice in a rebuildable. This place is great for newbies and people looking to switch. The staff know their stuff and are friendly. But if you're looking for advanced gear and juice with complex flavor profiles, this isn't for you.

To summarize: amazing customer service, love this place, ignore negative reviews…read more I am not sure why the two negative reviews seem the same (bot reviews? I don't know, just strange), but are also describing the policy for pretty much selling any tech from any vape store or dispensary I've ever been to. The fact you CAN jump through hoops to get any money back strikes me as incredibly accommodating considering my experience at any other store, where generally all sales are final (even if it doesn't work or they sold you something you don't u didn't need!) This place has amazing employees, both knowledgeable and personable. I am very, very socially anxious, but they are always welcoming and the process is fast in a way.. this business feels very safe. The prices are great; sale prices are even better. You can place an order ahead, but if you aren't sure what to get, the employees are well prepared to help you out. They also do really cool community events, some of which are free. I recommend them very strongly... And I am very dubious about the reviews left here before, which is making me question other Yelp ratings.. Anyway, try this place out if you have a chance!

I explained that I'm a long term heavy smoker and wanted to quit. He asked me some questions, made some suggestions and quickly came up with the right setup to help me quit. He didn't try to gouge me with some fancy setup that cost hundreds of dollars. He set me up with something that was a starter but extremely affordable. Been using it all afternoon. Normally I'm a pack and a 1/2 a day smoker (full flavor Newport 100's) I had a cig on the way home and it's been 5 hours and this little rig takes the cravings away. I look forward to getting my maintenance piece from him when I can be 100% cig free. Great place! Great Owner! Highly recommend!!

I walk in and notice that all they have is a few shelves on one wall with small ecig bottles. I can't see the names of any of them, so when the gentleman (ugh def not a gentleman) I mean dude walks up to the counter I say, "I was looking to try out this certain juice that I've heard others saying they loved, do you carry Heisenberg?" He looks down at me smirks and says "nope". I say, "ok no problem. Do you make your own juice and only carry that here?" Dude Smirks says "no" at this point I'm getting annoyed so I point to the juices and say. "Those all look like they are from the same company, which one is it you carry?" Dude says, "well kind of they are my company based out of California." I say "So you make your own juice?" Dude says, " I guess." I said thank you and left. I was simply trying to buy some juice to get by, but this dude made me feel like I was annoying him for being in his shop. He acted like a total pompous ass oh yeah and for some reason he walks out of the back room wearing a white t-shirt and a shoulder harness with 2 pistols in the harnesses over both shoulders. Yeah it was all very demeaning don't go here!!
