I bought a falcon vaporizer from 710 glass co. Right out of the box the pancake coil was defective.. I brought it in for the employee to inspect the part and replace it with one that worked properly. The part had never been used. ( you would be able to tell if it had) and when swapping it with one from a different unit the device then, was working properly. He told me that they would not be able to honor my 90$ purchase with working accessories because "then the next person who bought one would have a broken part in their box.." He told me that I would most likely have better luck reaching out to the manufacturer. So In other words I am Sol because all sales are final...What a crock of $h*t. Do your research online first is my advice. What I paid 90 for at this store is available through online retailers for $49.00. Retailers who would never allow selling defective devices to be acceptable. I have spoken with yocan, the manufacturer, They have agreed to replace the defective part no questions asked. SMH 710.
