I will never use or suggest Elite Valley Plumbing and you shouldn't either!! I was assigned Elite Valley Plumbing from my home warranty due to a back up in my sink. They sent out a technician who asked where my drain out was, I advised it's under our elevated deck 3-4ft high, he advises me that's not it and he would need to cut a hole in our wall and has to call the insurance. He was in such a hurry to leave and not really diagnose. I called my home warranty to advise that we went under the deck and seen it for ourselves so could the technician come back. My home warranty requested them to return, I also called Elite Valley Plumbing and advised them the location of the drain out before the technician was even dispatched. The technician returns to say oh I didn't see it the first time but I can't go under decks it's not in their policy. Which I find interesting as I advised Elite Valley Plumbing themselves where it was located, so why at the time of me advising was it not told to me that it's not in their policy to go under decks. This is the worst company and I would suggest you take your business elsewhere! read more

So my experience was almost a year ago, and I wanted to wait to post this review until I had used all of my available resources ......I had to get the State contractors licensing board involved and my attorney as well. This is one of the worst plumbing companies I have ever had in my home, not only did he not do the no work after my Home Warranty sent him out claiming that the WORK was above what he was contracted to do, but then he went out to the car to call the Home Warranty company and I could hear him on the phone and then he just drove off, what was even worse is when I called the office to figure out what was going on the secretary told me that "EVERYTHING WAS VIDEOTAPED. Worst experience ever don't know why home warranty contracts with this company, they were sent out to fix a leak and mis diagnose they issue and told me they couldn't complete the service because they didn't have proper equipment so I had to wait longer for another contractor to come out and make the repairs which eventually they did. If you get this company especially Mike through home warranty to come out run he cut open sheet rock and in 2 mins states it was a slab leak. My home warranty company, AHS, sent Elite Valley Plumbing to repair both my bathroom and kitchen faucets. The plumber fixed both issues but stated that, due to hard water, the kitchen faucet became clogged again within two minutes. He then said, "Let's take a look at the water heater," even though my water heater was newly purchased in 2021. He told me I needed a water filter and softener kit, which would cost $2,800. I explained that water was flowing properly throughout the house, but he brushed that off and insisted that because I needed a new filter, he could not do anything further. I contacted AHS and requested a second opinion. Although I had to be persistent, AHS eventually sent another company. The second company evaluated the issue and informed me that the problem was simply a faulty faucet, that everything else was fine, and that I did not need a water filter or softener kit. They advised that Elite Valley Plumbing was attempting to upsell unnecessary services. While I appreciated receiving a second opinion, I then had to have Elite Valley return to correct their original mistake. When the plumber returned, he did not apologize for the incorrect information previously provided. I informed AHS that they need to vet their contractors more thoroughly because I felt I was being taken advantage of. The AHS representative responded by saying that the plumber was the professional. I pointed out that the second company was also professional--and honest. I would not recommend Elite Valley Plumbing through AHS to anyone. Additionally, my experience with AHS customer service was very poor. For honest and professional workers, I will be using Premium Plumbing and Drain if any other issues pop up. read more

My experience with Mike was outstanding. He diagnosed my low pressure flushing toilet that was upstairs. He said the toilet installed should have been for downstairs. He provided a report to my warranty company and was able to get partial coverage for a new and proper toilet. I only paid a nominal fee. He shows up early/on time. I was given a window of 8-12 and he showed up at 8. He is friendly, professional and gets the job done quickly. Extremely frustrating experience through a home warranty claim. Elite Valley Plumbing initially stated my 40+ Year Old Water Heater needed full replacement. Shortly after, my warranty portal showed I had "agreed" to non-covered costs that were never explained to me. When I asked for details, they could not provide pricing and promised an itemized invoice that was never sent. After I questioned billing, their recommendation suddenly changed to a partial repair instead of replacement. I requested a second opinion through my warranty company. The second plumber immediately confirmed the unit should be replaced and handled everything professionally. The difference in transparency and honesty was night and day. IMPORTANT WARNING: IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY ASSIGNS ELITE VALLEY PLUMBING, IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO CALL YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY AND DEMAND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. DO THIS BEFORE THEY STEP FOOT IN YOUR HOME. I had elite valley plumbing come out for a drain leak through my home warranty. They replaced a faucet and toilet valve with no issue but the plumber took pictures of my leaking drain to order parts and asked me to open the wall for him. I opened the wall, and he came out with the wrong sized parts after taking a picture himself and already being on site. They came out a third time (a different tech) and put a cap on the pipe to stop the leak ans said he didn't have the correct 1 1/2 fittings either. They were supposed to cut out the remaining galvanized pipe and tie it into the newer abs that was installed which included a t-fitting. I get a call from elite plumbing that the home warranty won't cover the t fitting. I called the home warranty and the assured me that everything inside the perimeter of the foundation is covered. I called elite plumbing back and they sent out another tech while my mother was there and they had clear instruction to call me so that I knew they were replacing the leaking t-fitting as well. They didn't call and put a nipple with a cap into the old t-fitting with huge amounts of pipe dope and tape. 4 trips out here and I still have a 18" scab pipe of rusty galvanized pipe with a bandaid on it. Piss poor communication, and just a half assed job. Open the wall more if you need more space to work, don't patch up a scab piece of galvanized pipe when a you could have tied in to the abs that had been installed in a majority of the house prior. read more

My warranty sent Elite Valley to me for the repairs. At first, Elite Valley seemed reluctant to do the work. The technician complained about having to deal with mold and not being able to touch the affected area, even though that was never requested of him. They also arrived earlier than their scheduled time, while the water restoration company was still removing drywall, so there was never an expectation for them to handle that part of the job. After speaking with the kind owner of Elite Valley, he assured me that he would personally come to my home. He did come and inadequately fixed the leak in my ceiling. After getting multiple opinions on the quality of work Elite Valley did, I learned that the materials used were cheaper alternatives and that the repair was not done correctly. Now, I'm faced with the cost of fixing the leak properly. Losing the deductible I paid o my warranty company who sent out Elite Valley. This could have be rectified by Elite Valley properly fixing the leak and using quality materials to do so. read more

Another bad experience having been referred by our home warranty. Individual came out to my elderly father's home and stated that the water heater needed to be replaced along with over $800 of additional repairs they said needed to be done in order to bring the job up to code. When I asked them for a detailed invoice they finally responded by sending an invoice showing that they were only replacing the water heater which was actually being covered by the Home Warranty. A woman then called my dad to schedule a time for install and demanded payment in full over the phone before they even came out and did anything. The woman persisted about the payment and my 79 yearvold dad reached out to me for help. When I contacted them about the incomplete invoice not stating the work they planned on doing and the unprofessional request of wanting payment in full upfront, the tech stated that they were no longer going to do the job and rudely hung up on me. When I contacted the warranty company they stated that the contractor had canceled our order request stating that my dad no longer needed service which was completely untrue! My Poor Dad has now gone two weeks without a water heater and we have now had to return back to the warranty company to resolve this matter. Any company that demands money up front without doing any work is sketchy. We are now awaiting a detailed report that they provided the warranty company to see what additional work supposedly needed to be done as I'm now questioning if that is the case. We will find out once we contract with a reputable company and verify. Will update my review if I find out anything else that was questionable. Beware! read more

Terrible Service, was contracted through AHS. Guy came out misdiagnosed the problem after only being at the property for 5 mins. Didn't even run the water to see a clog in the sink and the issue wasn't resolved. Had to hire another plumber to come fix the issue because AHS wouldn't send another technician because of this guys false "diagnosis" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They installed a hot water heater for me, which was through my Home Warranty program. At that time, I received a quote to install a soft water filtration system and when I tried to contact them to have them come out and install it, I left numerous messages and no one called me back. Finally after about a month someone contacted me and made an appointment to come out and give me a new quote because they said the other quote was no longer good. They said they'd be here between 7 AM and 10 AM so I got up at 6:30, at 9 o'clock I received a phone call that their computers were down and they're going to be late. On 4/25/2025 our water heater died and we contacted our home warranty company and they sent out Elite Valley Plumbing. Within a couple of hours hours a young man named Mike arrived, he was very presentable and articulate. My husband went out to the hot water tank with him as he acesssed the problem and contacted our home warranty insurance company. He spent approximately an hour going. Back in forth with our insurance company to surmise what they would pay for and what we would have to pay for. He was on hold for quite a while (almost an hour) off and on. During that time my husband and he had a bit of time to chat. During that timeframe he predicted to guess what the insurance company would pay and what we would pay. He answered a plethora of questions that my husband threw at him, all in a congenial and friendly manner. He was very informative about problems surrounding the water tank and told my husband as such. His predictions about the amount we would owe was spot on and my husband was listening to the entire conversation between the insurance company and him. My husband is not one to give people kudos and is a perfectionist as he has installed several water heaters himself but now he's 80 years old and I won't let him do it .We were told most likely it would be several days to have the replacement heater installed. To our surprise we were contacted late that afternoon and the company was out the next day and we have HOT WATER! My husband came raving about what a great experience he had visiting with Mike and he didn't go holistic about the cost as a result! We HIGHLY recommend this company! read more

I had called for service on a shower leak for my home and the individual named Mike that works for, "Elite Valley Plumbing", said that he came to my resident at 12:00 noonish and there was a window for arrival from 12 to 3 pm. He came out for a few minutes and he did not wait a bit because I was on my way home from taking my son to the dentist, UNREAL. When I got a hold of this guy named Mike, he was very, very rude on the phone and he hung up on me after speaking a few words with him, WOW. He might be the tech but he certainly cannot deal talking, communicating, having patience, or just making the client at ease because of certain issues, GOODNESS GRACIOS. I would not recommend this person named Mike, he just might hang up on you and leave you hanging with a water leak for the weekend just like he did to my house and family, UNBELIEVABLE.
