I thought I was going to have to wait 1.5 hours on the driver to get there. He got there within the first half hour which was awesome! They towed my vehicle to the repair shop. The repair shop was not able to do the repair and my vehicle had to go to the dealer. I called back and Elite sent a driver right then to go pick up the car and take it to the dealer. WOW, OVERLY AGGRESSIVE. They will take your car while you're still doing business. I was mailing my weeks eBay packages at 3pm at the post office and my car was gone in 10-25 minutes. NO JOKE! The post office didn't even apologize. It all comes down to greed, if they can hook up your car to the tow truck they get paid no matter what. The mentally challenged (sad but obvious) gentleman at Elite Towing couldn't even articulate directions on how to pick up the car. This is a real scam against students & citizens that's being condoned by the GPD. read more

Their customer service was great! Needed a car moved from Gainesville to Newberry, they are extremely reasonable with the price and they were very prompt. Jaime moved the car and he was very friendly and efficiently moved the car into the location we needed it. Would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their services. read more

I can only add my disgust with these people. My granddaughter parked for 15 minutes, to pick up a friend and to use the restroom, in a spot that she has parked four days at a time before. She came out the door to see her car being towed. She ran after the guy and he could only drop the car if she gave him $40 cash, which she didn't have and had no way to get to the ATM to get it. She has to find someone to take her to pick it up where it is then $76. The woman she talked to was very rude to her and would not even let her wash her hands which she had gotten dirty trying to clean poop off of her shoe. What a bunch of creeps. I can only hope that every person involved has the same thing, or worse, happen to them and I hope everyone is just as rude to them. read more

The only thing that I can say about these crooks are that they don't like to follow the rules at all! I had my car towed after a accident and they put a lein on my registration until I paid them for the towing so I went to pay them and they told me it was 700 bucks! I asked them for a invoice of my charges and the manager rudley told me that it was $65 an hour for a min of two hours for him to look up an invoice and tell me why I owe so much! Then I asked him why he doesn't have the invoice on record like law mandates they have and he screamesd at me that they dont tow cars for free and they dont store cars for free either I pay them what they want or they will destroy my credit and I will never be able to register any of my vehicles! Then he walked away and wouldnt talk with me any more! CROOKS!!!!! They break more laws than they can handle and I think thats wrong! read more

I found myself with a flat tire this morning and I had an important appointment around lunchtime. I tried to change the tire myself but I stripped one of the lug nuts and was unable to complete the change. I called Elite Towing and the dispatcher had someone over to the house within 15 minutes. The tire was changed shortly thereafter and I was able to be on my way with plenty of time to spare. I just wanted to express my great appreciation for a job well done which spared me of being under duress before my meeting. read more

Most people hate towing companies but elite towing truly takes the cake. They run a scam business by randomly towing from apartment buildings and charging tremendous fees to release cars. My car was towed from the Polos Apartments late Saturday night from a visitors spot. I was fortunate to find my car within 24 hrs or else they would have charged me over $200 to release my car. They damaged my car and scratched my paint but denies doing so. There is a special place in hell for people who run a business like this. read more

Scammers and Liars!!! They tow vehicles and charge outrageous prices even when told they towed illegally. You have to pay to get your car back. I was told by a police officer where I could park as a vendor during the Pride Festival on October 25, 2014. When Ultimate Towing was contacted by the police about the towing they claimed that the Hampton Inn uses that parking lot for Valet Parking and that they had called and requested the tow. I researched this and found that to be totally false and have a written statement from the Hampton to that effect. It cost me over $200 in towing and fees to "get out of town" The Hampton Inn also affirmed that Ultimate Towing has a bad reputation for towing unjustly in Gainesville. read more

First of all I would like to say that your employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was towed last night while having a ultimate towing visitors parking pass displayed and when I called this morning at 6:30 am the guy who answered was obviously drunk because he was slurring his speech to the point I could not understand him. He told me he would meet me there or have someone there so I could get my car back. I arrived at Ultimate Towing at 6:55 and had to wait a full HOUR before anyone showed up. I was told someone would be there at 7 and when your employee did finally show up an hour late she was EXTREMELY rude. I would hope you all don't treat your regular customers the way you treat the ones you tow. You all are the worst tow company in Gainesville! The funny part is you all messed up the concrete sidewalk at Nick's Place apartments just to tow a car for $100. I am sure it's going to cost you all more than $100 to fix it. I'll be sure to let the property manager know who did it so they know who to get them to pay for it. read more

Wasted my time and theirs by sending a wheel lift truck instead of a flatbed! Good Sam roadside assistance had confirmed with me that I would need a flatbed tow, My truck is a 4x4 automatic with a camper in the bed. The camper was already raised and the truck was ready to be pulled out from under it. The tow truck operator arrived and rudely informed me that I didn't need a flatbed tow and to "trust him." Forty minutes of trust later my truck had not moved an inch. It had became obvious that raising the front of the truck would damage my suspended camper, I offered him a chain (not once but twice.) A couple of feet was all we needed. He informed me that he had a chain and didn't need one?!? Finally had to ask the operator to leave after being informed that he had "four other customers waiting" and that I was being a "problem." The driver then stopped halfway up my driveway, got out and took a picture! Strange, very weird and vaguely uncomfortable... read more

I was on a vacation with friends and had some repairs done to my car while I was gone. Had these guys tow it back to my house and the driver locked my key inside my car, in the driver seat. Called back and politely explained the situation, asking if they would have any time during the day to come get it out for me. Guy I talked to insisted that there was no record of my tow and that it definitely wasn't them. I proceeded to give him all the information that was on my "Elite Towing" receipt sitting in my front seat (called his bs) so he calls the driver that towed my car and tells me that "this driver has worked for me for 20 years, he says he put it on the passenger seat with the doors unlocked". This is a lie, there was people back at my house the day that my car got towed back and they told me where the key was so obviously there was no third party that got into my car and locked it, which is what they suggested may have happened.
