Quoted and Booked a 56-Passenger bus to and from Florida in May 2026. My experience was unsettling. There was a major leak from the ceiling of the bus. Passengers and luggages that were across from me had to be moved. The seat I was in had water dripping like rain on the inside of the bus next to my head. By the time we got to Florida seats were soaked and the floor was wet and slippery. The overhead carriage on the bus was not accessible. We had to hold bags on laps. Coming back from Florida a smaller bus picked us up. Thank goodness that we told others that wanted ride back with us to go ahead and leave heading for home in cars. Had they not packed in cars and stayed around with us, there would not have been any room on the small bus that came to pickup us. The smaller bus leaked from the ceiling on the third seat in the left side. A 56 seats bus was booked for to and from Florida not change up and send whoever. We are entitled to not only a reduced refund but also an explanation regarding the conditions of both buses. What a risk! read more

The entire weekend their customer service was terrible. The male drivers were rude and talk to you any kind of way, the bus had no heat, it was so dirty and none of the phone plugs worked on them. There was also an incident where my daughter's iPad, was left on one of their charter buses. It took two weeks for someone to confirm that it had been located, and since then, I have been facing continued difficulties in retrieving it. Despite multiple attempts to pick it up, no one is EVER in office when I have tried to visit, and I have not received any updates or returned calls regarding the situation. I have been more than patient, but I continue to be given the runaround, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, no one should have to go through this much trouble to recover my own belongings. I do not recommend this bus company! read more

Do not use this company under any circumstance. They are intentionally refusing to refund schools and families across Atlanta who paid significant deposits for school trips that were cancelled due to COVID19. Does this company not have insurance for such things? read more

This bus company is excellent!!! In September we chartered this company for our Women's Retreat trip to Florida. The professionalism, kindness, and gentleness that the bus driver, Mr. Dollerson, showed to the women was simply heartwarming! They absolutely loved him! He was always prompt and ready to depart based on the schedule. His timeliness was very much appreciated! The bus was very well maintained and kept clean at all times. He was an outstanding driver! It was truly a wonderful experience working with this company from beginning to the end of our journey! 1. Three hours late for a trip. Driver got lost. Unable to find the very large, very visible high school on a main road 2 minutes off the interstate through a rural area. 2. Driver got a speeding ticket while transporting a bus load of high school students. 3. Same trip- bus broke down on side of interstate. 4. Driver has to leave from a scheduled stop to get a door fixed that wouldn't stay closed. 5. Here comes the rain.... Badly leaking inside the bus. I still give two stars because they did arrive at the destination... Late... But arrived and no one was hurt. Some pre-paid activities had to be rescheduled for cancelled from the trip. Here's hoping our school's travel agent never uses this company again. Update: changed to 1 star... Less than 1 is not an option. Band director had to hire a different charter bus/bus driver to bring the students home. This company offered no apology or remorse for their sub-standard equipment or poor service. read more

This company was highly recommended from someone I trust. However, my experience did not match the reviews I read and considered when booking this company. This was my first time chartering bus services, and the owner provided us a discount on the cost, however, it was not worth it in the end. Many of my questions remained unanswered regarding the rules and regulations, processes and procedures of the bus and driver; there was a lot of information that was not disclosed in the contract or on their website; when I questioned the issue, the owner treated me with disdain and bullied me; they were not forthcoming re their hotel requirements for the driver which began the downfall of our relationship with this company; the driver was super late, not friendly and brought her toddler on the trip (whom several in our group assisted with tending to the child); the owner was not truthful when we called re the drivers eta among other things; the bus was old and not as advertised with cracks peeling paint and the bumper distached; the washroom HORRIBLE (I had to purchase deordorizers to mask the smell as the toilet wouldn't flush) and the bus was not clean and had an odor; the TV held together with tape; holes in the seats; even though we provided an itinerary as requested, once at our destination and coordinating our outing, we were told by the driver she could not take us due to DOT regulations (information I requested in the beginning and did not receive); the trip back the washroom was even worse and had not been disposed/emptied. Our patrons complained and were miserable. Our travel time lengthened due to making more restroom stops (we had children on the bus); I have a video of the leaking emergency exit when it rained. I do not feel my expectations were unreasonable and would have appreciated full disclosure of information in the beginning. I learned a number of valuable lessons from this experience. While I will charter a bus for our next trip, it will not be with this company. The best part of my experience was the fact the adults and children made it to our destination and back safely and I now hve a clearer picture of what to look out for in other charter bus companies. read more

This has easily been one of the worst experiences of my life. The bus broke down on the side of the road and the company refused to send another bus for us because the didn't want to spend the money so we ended up sitting on the side of the road for 5 HOURS. The air conditioner is broken and we are slowly suffocating because of the toxic smell in the bathroom. Don't use this company!!! read more
