Awesome customer service! I called and was told they have three units available and was encouraged to come down soonest to look at each if possible. I signed with them that day. I was then able to add my name for a unit with electric. I was called within a week and moved to a different unit with literally only a signature and I was off to see my new unit. Attempting to back a 20'+ boat in between storage bays is a breeze with the ample space provided and the added security was a huge bonus point for me in my decision to sign up with them. read more

I had to find a storage facility real quick. I called Elite and they said to come right in. I did. I got a nice clear explanation of the process. Getting a rental agreement was fast and easy. I store my camper in the canopy parking. The facility is clean and in good repair. The office folks are friendly and helpful. Good location right off highway and the facility is secured well by gates opened with a pin number and video surveillance monitors the site. This is a very nice storage facility. read more

Elite has probably one of the largest storage facilities in the area. We have covered RV storage. Definitely a secure place to store an RV. They have quite a few covered spots at this location which are hard to find in the area. Never had any problems. read more
