EGADS! I am not sure…read morewhere to start. This place needs to be shut down. I'm angry at myself for being stupid enough to store anything here. I had 2 units here. After you pay your money, you'll get a notice about 'moisture' and 'condensation' that they consider as 'normal'. I mean, they ask you to put tarps over and under your stuff... it's that bad. One unit was in Bldg E - condensation my ass. Roof leaks. Door leaks. Water on the walls, ceiling... thank God I didn't store much in this unit. (Will post pics when I get time). Stuff was flat out ruined... and this in the winter months, no less. Other unit in Bldg H... even though the doors were closed, somehow it got full of dandelion type seeds from the wind! There were moisture issues here, too. The place wasn't constructed correctly. The roof doesn't have insulation, so, yes, it will condensate and 'rain' down on your things. Plus, the cheap particle board construction draws moisture. The paved areas outside have cracks... that draw in water that has no where to go except evaporate through the buildings. Ever heard of crack repair sealer? How about penny wise and pound foolish? Some issues with water draining from the roof into the doors, etc. Had about 5 mistakes in my bill - all in their favor, of course. I suppose i should be thankful they fixed them. Further, they don't take credit, debit, Internet, or any payments other than exact change. They're gonna get those late fees from ya one way or another. They do supply pallets (when they have them!), but really, the owners need to either properly maintain this place - or properly build it in the first place. I took pictures after a rain, I'll post them sometime. Store your stuff outside under a tarp, it's cheaper, and the tarp won't leak. Plus, there's just a bad vibe about this place.

I have had my stuff in this storage unit from February to November. I went to get my stuff out of…read moremy storage unit last weekend and found a green lock on my storage unit. I was up to date on my payments and there was no reason for me to have a lock on my unit. It was on a Saturday and the office was closed. I had already paid for a uhaul to move my stuff out on that day and did not have the money to keep the uhaul until Monday. I returned the uhaul and called the office of the storage unit on Monday when they were open. The girl who answered the phone even admitted to me that it was their mistake and there was no reason for me to have a lock on my unit. They offered to pay for half of my next months rent but I wasn't planning on staying for the next month. Hence why I paid for a uhaul. By this time it was ten days past the day that I needed to give my 30 days notice to move my stuff out and the storage unit offered to give me my deposit back if I had my stuff out by the 19th. I had my stuff out by the 15th. I was planning on going back and cleaning the storage unit out on the 16th and when I called the office on the 16th the manager informed me that she already cleaned out my unit and because she had to clean it I would not be getting my deposit back. Even though I had until the 19th. Even though I still had 3 more days to return and clean it and now I'm out the money that I spent on a uhaul plus my deposit that they offered to return to me for their mistake of putting a lock on my unit when there was no reason for it. The manager cut me off on the phone when I called to explain to her that I was coming in to clean my unit, she was very rude and angry sounding, cut me off in mid sentence and didn't even give me a chance to tell her that I had plans on coming back and cleaning it out. Over the last year that I had my stuff in storage here, they changed employees multiple times, messed up my payment dates to where I was getting "third and final notifications" on a late payments without ever having had an initial notification. Their office hours kept changing according to their "employees school schedule" and the hours reflected on their website did not always match up to the actual hours they were open. I will NEVER be doing business with this business again and I will let everyone know that needs their business to look elsewhere for a more respectful, consistent, reliable, and honest service.

Moved in for a decent price for a large unit but the lights didn't work all though an adjacent unit…read morehad working lights (you could see at night). When asked about it I was told there would be no repairs made to the facility. Before winter set in we started finding mice feces on our things. We reported this to the management since they told us previously that they have a professional exterminator service the facility. When we moved out, there was an insane amount of mice feces around both walls. We reported this, as well as the weather seal on the bottom of the roll up door being dry rotted to the point that it was hard and breaking apart, allowing outside debris to blow into the unit and all over our stuff. When we addressed all of this, rather than fixing any of it, they raised the rent appropriately 20% with no justification. The staff at the local office were kind and professional but the company as a whole couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. The care only about maximizing profits. Strongly recommend doing business elsewhere.

The place is very conveniently located behind Taco Bell in over by Chesterfield Family Center. The Facility and the gated compound and open seven days a week between the hours of 6 AM and 9 PM. Everyone is issued a code and you can do automatic billing pay online with a credit card. They do not have outside storage. They have many sizes to choose from if they have an opening. Large pathways in between buildings enough for the largest moving trucks or semi's. They sell locks if you don't have one. Hope this helps!
