One day they call me in the morning to tell there is no work at 3pm they call me to say if I could come in its an emergency so I drop my mom at home after finishing groceries and went straight to work so much for loyalty. Maybe thats why I see only one review surprised the relatives who were given the jobs did not write a good review spoke to the other co-workers and they were going thru the same thing. My first day I was loading trailers and the boxs were 50lbs I now work for Lyft and had a passnger who works at a staffing agency she told me max for lifting was 30lbs???

Less than 2 weeks later I got the job, it was extremely helpful and kind of them to let me get a chance to try even though applicants were full. Plus the costumer support was really helpful with me having questions answered. Thank-you Express!

Incompetent! Unprofessional! I went to this agency ready to apply. They told me that I can only do…read morethe application on my phone, and that they would send the link to my email. The girl asked how to spell my name and she wrote it incorrectly six times even after I wrote it myself she still copied it wrong this took the majority of the interaction was trying to get her to write my name down correctly. After I didn't receive the application to my email address, at the end of business day I sent an email to her, Naimary. Saying that I never received the link for the application. The next day after I did not receive any response email or link, I called the phone number on the business card. No one answered the phone oh, so I left a voice message providing my name and phone number and the reason I was calling that I did not receive the email. 2 days have gone by since then, and I still have not received a return phone call or return email or link for the application. I was expecting to work the next day from the original meeting which was what I was told and instead I lost money for that whole day by putting my faith into a fraudulent prejudice labor Factory. Do not go here if you really need a job because it's a front they don't actually try to link people up with jobs they just send them away to take an imaginary application.

I was asked to fill out some forms and provide information that I already provided in the online application, in addition to taking a math test. While I did not like the redundancy, this was not a major problem so I filled out the forms. Afterwards I needed to use the washroom, so I asked where the washroom was at. I was told that I was not allowed to use their washroom, and the person helping me asked if I had transportation so that I could use a washroom somewhere else and come back. I was also told this was a policy set by the owner. I was very appalled and informed the person helping me that I was no longer interested. My experience with BP Staffing was a huge disappointment. If they can't let applicants use their washroom, perhaps this is a hint about how they treat their workers. This was a big waste of my time, and I can only hope that the owners take my advice by allowing applicants to use their washrooms, in addition to improving their information system so that applicants don't need to submit the same information twice.

I never had official training yet was put on assignments and expected top notch performance while the other girls in the office, including the branch manager, played on their cell phones all day long waiting in frantic anticipation for the owner to show up. The owner is the biggest drama queen I have ever met and will be condescending to your face while wearing a smile...not to mention, she will twist everyone's words and try to get everyone upset with each other. There is no sense of company morale or teamwork -more so, everyone out for themselves. Also, I've never witnessed so much discrimination in my life. If you're looking for a staffing company to help you get hired, know that BP Staffing selects field employees based on race and will not hire women. When I was hired I was told I would work M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch. That lasted a couple weeks before I wasn't allowed a lunch anymore and was working 10+ hour days without a raise. The other girls followed suit and felt I was out of line for mentioning the work times minus lunch. All in all, I actually made less money working here and shouldn't have left my previous job. I could go on and on with how corrupt this place is and how unhealthy the work environment is. Just take my advice and look elsewhere! Quitting this job was the most rewarding part of it.
