I applied for a job with this company on their website. A few weeks later I was asked to come in at 9 am to complete the next steps. I was asked to fill out some forms and provide information that I already provided in the online application, in addition to taking a math test. While I did not like the redundancy, this was not a major problem so I filled out the forms. Afterwards I needed to use the washroom, so I asked where the washroom was at. I was told that I was not allowed to use their washroom, and the person helping me asked if I had transportation so that I could use a washroom somewhere else and come back. I was also told this was a policy set by the owner. I was very appalled and informed the person helping me that I was no longer interested. My experience with BP Staffing was a huge disappointment. If they can't let applicants use their washroom, perhaps this is a hint about how they treat their workers. This was a big waste of my time, and I can only hope that the owners take my advice by allowing applicants to use their washrooms, in addition to improving their information system so that applicants don't need to submit the same information twice. read more
