I spoke with Catie at Spot On Plumbing yesterday to inquire about availability, and she mentioned they could be available the next day. Fortunately for us, when I called this morning, they still had availability today from 2 pm to 5 pm. I booked the appointment. To my pleasant surprise, George from Spot On Plumbing contacted me to let me know they could be at my house around noon. George and Tyler arrived, diagnosed the leak, provided pricing, and I agreed to have the work performed. We experienced very little disruption during their repair work. They completed the work and performed an inspection of visible plumbing throughout the house, along with the water heater, at no additional charge. There were two additional items I inquired about having replaced, and once again, the pricing was reasonable. We had a fill valve replaced in a commode and a sink drain tube in our half bath. The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.
