The room felt like a jail cell with the cinder blocks, limited lighting, and disgusting beds. Their beds had no fitted sheet but instead had a flat sheet wrapped around it. Pillows were flat and overused. When asked to receive a refund after wanting to check out less than 20 mins of being there, we were told we had to deal with Expedia. We did the book now, pay later because we wanted to see if we can get my military discount as well. We contacted Expedia. They could not issue the refund but said the hotel had to. When contacting the hotel with that information they then continued to refuse to issue a refund because the beds were used. They absolutely were not. They were being cheap. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY.

The grounds are not kept up, the sites are hard to interpret, (it appeared someone was in our space and had been for some time) and the place is old and run down. This RV park is nestled right across the river from Garner State Park. What is great about the location is you are a very small walk down to the river bank, but way up high on the cliff to get a great view of the area. When the sun gets past 7pm, the oak trees give a lot of shade for the dinner hour. You are also near Old Baldy trailhead if you want to do a quick climb up the tallest peak there. Parkview has all of the amenities like a general store, full service bathrooms that are kept clean, and daily trash pickup. The wifi is pretty unreliable but does work with a delay like satellite internet. If you have AT&T for cellular service, you will be fine in the Concan area. Everyone else will suffer the total disconnect from the virtual world, which you were hoping to get away from, right? I usually go during Father's day week which seems to be a very busy time. It's hard to get a reserved spot during peak times, so be sure to ask to get on a waiting list.

Needless to say I called the lady again and said "I'm done". We left. You never know what didn't happen when you have a bad situation and got yourself out of there.
