She wasn't corny or cheesy like most doctors but was really genuine and helped me on the first day even though it was just an evaluation! Most docs just want your insurance money but she acually seemed to want to help. She did some muscle massages and recommended exercises to help neck movement. Overall this is a great place and super helpful, although they dont take debit cards :/

Maybe call ahead and see how far they're running behind before you come... I rescheduled my appointment for the following week for 11am in hopes the morning would be less delayed. It was... I got in by 11:45. The staff and doctor were very nice but the wait times are just atrocious. THEN, I needed an MRI so I went to another place to have that done. No communication from the doctor office that I had to schedule a follow up appointment to get my results. So 2 weeks pass, I call and ask if my results came in. That's when they tell me they've had them for 12 days but I need an appointment to get them read to me. Sooooo I set another appointment up for 10:15am. Guess when I saw the doctor?? 11:30am!!! WTH?!?!?! Be forewarned! I wouldn't recommend this place solely based on the horrific wait times. The waiting room is full of people constantly grumbling too so it's a widespread issue.

She really listened to my concerns about my lower back issues and gave me some great recommendations for stretches and exercises I could do in order for my issue to improve. I made some tremendous progress with Rachel's help and feel like I can manifest my own destiny again. The facilities are all very clean and they do more than just "give you" exercises and stretches to do. They make sure that you're doing them correctly and checked for tightness in my back. They always got me in the office on time and serviced me within a reasonable timespan as well. PT can be a very challenging experience, since they're making you "work through" your pain, but Rachel and her team were so down-to-earth that it really didn't feel like work. I would not recommend her due to her bedside manner being really poor. she was extremely unprofessional. when I attend PT I like a person that sticks to the program while you're there. you are the one paying for your time there. by the time the session was over I knew far too much about this person. She was beyond eager to discuss herself any moment she got. I was trying to explain why I was there and she cut me off multiple times to tell me about herself. Why was I there , to be her psychiatrist? I am now seeing an extremely professional physical therapist that has me at almost full recovery today . I am happy I decided to no longer go to this place & deal with the nonsense. Im sure there are other therapist at this location that do their job. Maybe I just got a lemon.

The class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 A.M for one hour. The exercises range from moderate to somewhat challenging. The sessions cost $5.00 each ( first session free!).
