I have seen those same people leave standing tall and beaming ear to ear over their experience with our therapists. 3 years ago I injured my neck, and hadn't really done much about it. Just fought through the pain, like most do. Life goes on, so should you, right? It has been a real treat to be on both sides of the process. JP (and Kane, now at our Lincoln location) helped me tremendously in getting back to my normal routine, without pain!! The place is relatively small and the the docotor was super nice and helpful. She wasn't corny or cheesy like most doctors but was really genuine and helped me on the first day even though it was just an evaluation! Most docs just want your insurance money but she acually seemed to want to help. She did some muscle massages and recommended exercises to help neck movement. Overall this is a great place and super helpful, although they dont take debit cards :/

I got in by 11:45. The staff and doctor were very nice but the wait times are just atrocious. THEN, I needed an MRI so I went to another place to have that done. No communication from the doctor office that I had to schedule a follow up appointment to get my results. So 2 weeks pass, I call and ask if my results came in. That's when they tell me they've had them for 12 days but I need an appointment to get them read to me. Sooooo I set another appointment up for 10:15am. Guess when I saw the doctor?? 11:30am!!! WTH?!?!?! Be forewarned! I wouldn't recommend this place solely based on the horrific wait times. The waiting room is full of people constantly grumbling too so it's a widespread issue.

Brittany was polite, friendly & efficient. She was always willing to work with my schedule when booking my appointments. Jay was my PT "go to guy". He was super friendly, knowledgeable and offered great PT. He seems like he really wants help his patients and demonstrated compassion & patience With each session I had. When I initially began receiving PT for my shoulder injury, I could barely lift my arm up, nor could I swing it around to my low back and was also unable to lift things up with that arm. I now have full range of motion. So, thanks Jay for an awesome job!! I've received PT at this location in the past and will do so again in the future if ever needed again. It's a risk for sure, because you as a patient become very familiar with how your body responds, and what it likes as far as types of adjustments. I'm so happy that I found the Aragao practice! The office in Cumberland is very nice, very friendly and professional staff! I initially went into the Woonsocket office to schedule a visit, and the lady was so helpful and accommodating, I was very impressed and grateful! She even took the time after I had left, to make sure I knew my first visit would be in the Cumberland office. Dr Dave is very nice. He finds out what your previous chiro experiences have been, previous problems and what today's troublesome issues are. He's very open to being told what works for you, and I can tell it's important to him that you feel that you get everything out of his services. This shows me that he actually cares, and doesn't think of his patients as "cash cows", "let's get them in and out as quickly as possible!" Also what I like, is how they prepare you for your visit. Depending on your symptoms, they will use a tense machine, or the laser along with the warming pads to relax all your muscles, before they get to work on your adjustments! This makes it easier for them, and gets you nice and relaxed so everything moves into place easily! He has some different styles to his work that I wasn't familiar with, but I like them and they worked! I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone! I've been very impressed so far!
