My nails from Elite spa, Thanh Le was the woman who did my nails. She left them so sharp I scratched my friend and myself multiple times. I had to go straight home and file them as much as I could. I didn't want to get these done in the first place but my friends convinced me, I put five photos of my nails and one singular of the one I wanted. I've been here well over 10 times for multiple services and I have to say their service is very inconsistent. The front desk staff is friendly sometimes but rude sometimes as well. I went there today to get my regular service by EMY (for pedicure) and Heily (for Acrylic set). Unfortunately, Emy was not here & Heily had just started a client so it was a 1 hour wait.... So I decided to go with the next person they had in line just for my Acrylic nails while I wait on Heily to at least do my Pedi (polish change ONLY).... As with any salon we go to, there may be concerns or personal presences however the few times I was dissatisfied with either the shape or colors of the dip powder & regular polish don't match (to no fault of the salon) the technician or managers quickly offer to fix or change it.
