I have been going to this nail salon for YEARS and never turned back. I absolutely adore the kind individuals who work here. Amy is one of my favorites, she gets things done. They are quick, clean, kind, and even offer you drinks from their Tea Time shop next door while you are there. I have not left this nail salon for good reason. They do exactly what I ask for, if I don't like my nails they will fix them, they do not cut me with any tools, they are professional, efficient, and understanding. They raised their prices recently as they should. They are worth the service they provide. Everyone there is extremely hardworking there, the type of handwork that should deserve praise. This is the only nail salon I go to & recommend to others! They are honest good people! Go stop by sometime. read more

I get my nails done one time a year due to my profession, so the weight is pretty heavy for the person fixing up my fingers. I gave Elite Nail Spa four stars because I asked for matte nails and asked my technician if they would appear matte after he painted on the finish, but they still look glossy. I'm still pretty satisfied with the look, even though it's not exactly what I was going for. Things you should know: I. LOCATION The nail salon is within Towne Lake Plaza. There's massive availability of private free parking. II. SERVICE Great, ask for Harry. He has been doing nails for about 20 years. III. QUALITY My technician paid really close attention to detail in getting the shape of my nails right ~ I could see it the whole time he was working. I think the matte finish might have been of poor quality (?) and that's why it didn't turn out the way it should have when it dried. IV. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. My nails were totally botched. Acrylic and paint all over my skin and cuticles. I paid, went to my car, and decided to go back in and ask for a refund because they were so bad. The guy at the front desk refused to admit that there was anything wrong with them, told me that they "don't do refunds" and said that he could redo them, but I told him I didn't have time. I spent about five minutes trying to convince him that there was polish and acrylic all over my cuticles and that wasn't ok to which he rudely snapped at me "in the time I've spent arguing, I could have fixed them". I said fine, then please fix them. He sat me down and continued to argue that there was no acrylic or paint on my skin as I had to pinpoint jagged pieces of acrylic that he angrily buzzed off of my skin. I was crying by the end because he was so rude to me, and he ended up doing a million times worse the second time, which seemed to be out of spite. Check out the pictures of what I walked away with. Unbelievable. The "fixed" job was smeared, polish on my skin, weird spots and fingerprints all over the top coat. Pictures posted below. I paid $45 plus tip for the worst acrylic full of my life. Second time I've been where I showed them a picture was told they could do it and they couldn't. This time they didn't even have the colors to do it but wasn't told till after all my nails were painted. First picture is what I got and second it what I asked for.. If you can't do something just say so. They mails themselves aren't bad just the design looks horrible. $63 to paint my nails myself again. I won't be back. read more

I hate giving one star reviews but I went to Elite Nail with my daughter for her birthday and the lady who tended to me was rude and rough. I tried to start conversation but she wasn't having it. Finished me up quick. Said "thank you" then got up and left. Amy took care of my daughter. She did a good job with her nails and was kind to her. When she finished with my daughter she helped her put on her shoes, gathered our things and asked us if we wanted to dry our nails at their drying table up front. I informed the gentleman at the front about my experience and gave Amy the bigger tip. He didn't really seem to care. I appreciate Amy. But I won't go back here again. read more

I hate to be negative but I feel like people should be warned. The girl that did my nails did the worst job I've ever seen. I had a bad feeling since I had to ask her a few times to be gentler with my nails as she was hurting my nails and skin while removing the gel polish. The end result is gel nails with bumps and you can see the brush strokes of the polish. I've never had gel nails that didn't look completely smooth. really great place for nails especially acrylics. i came to get my nails done before a dance and i was impressed. i asked for the semi clear full set of acrylics with almost ombré glitter and they did it perfectly. they also didn't hurt my nails or do them roughly and they look great. my total would've been 25 for a full set w polish but since i wanted clear it was 35 but totally worth it! read more

I looked at their prices for a Classic Gel Manicure ($30) and a Classic Pedicure ($20). I knew I was getting gel so I expected it to be a bit more expensive than regular polish, but when I went to pay I find out that a Classic Pedicure for gel is $40! Twice as much than what their brochure says. Nowhere in their pricing does it list that a gel pedicure is twice as much. The lady who did my nails said nothing about it either. As a new customer, I would have really appreciated a head's up about gel polish doubling the price of something, but no one said anything. I'm giving 2 stars because the lady who did my nails did a great job and was friendly and sweet. But I will not be back because of the variations in price, and because it isn't listed in their brochure, it leads me to believe that they can charge whatever they want at any given time. read more

Went in for an eyebrow wax, she did my whole face. I told her I have a lot of allergies. She assured me the wax was for "sensitive" skin. Several days and a lot of hives (yeah, hives all over my face does NOT look lovely, I assure you) later, I found that she didn't even do a good job with the very old smelling wax. I still have a lot of hair in the places she waxed. The price was very high too. Never going back. read more

I don't normally do this, I am a very friendly, happy go lucky person and I am easy to please. I moved here 5 months ago from Jacksonville FL and left a nail salon loved so I searched for a nail salon to become my new go to place, I found elite nail spa online. The first 4 times I was pleased with my results, then came the 5th time. I decided to treat my daughter to a pedicure along with myself, in an effort to save money I requested the "basic" pedicure for both of us and was told by "Kenny" that I needed more than that. He then asked me if I wanted callus remover, I declined and he proceeded to roll his eyes at me and said "oh my god, you need it, it's only $3 more" so I agreed. But I was made to feel like a cheapskate, when in reality I am an excellent tipper (I worked as a hairstylist for 20 years). Then when I commented on how much better my feet felt, he insisted that I had "bad circulation" and that I needed reflexology massage. (I never in my life have had bad circulation) he was doing everything he could to make that $35 so once again I agreed. I went in asking for a $20 pedicure (which is something they offer) and was nickel and dimed and made to feel like I had awful feet!! My daughter left with a splatter mark on her shirt and nail polish on the back of her hand!! I left there with a bad taste in my mouth which is sad because I really liked the way my nails looked, I took off my acrylics and I won't go back to this nail salon, they need a lesson in costumer service. If you don't want to do pedicures for $20 don't offer it at that price, and don't treat your clients like crap because they don't want the more expensive pedicure!! read more
