I ordered this service for my sister and her husband for after their wedding, and they were going to be going to a friend's, home, then their hotel. This service let me dictate all that, but it was also included in the amount of time that I booked the service for. So there are options for one way, and by the hour. I was also glad to not have to rent a whole limo, as they have town cars too! The service itself from what i experienced and from what I heard, top notch. Randy was their driver and he made it a fun evening for them. This was so great to hear, especially after some air had been let out of their balloon after some drama from another vendor and then from some family as well. He was polite, courteous, friendly and communicative. They all even ended up at in and out and took some photos! Before our night out on the town, the owner was very attentive and helpful which gave me a little comfort, thinking we would be taken care of. As we were picked up at our final destination to head home. The air conditioning, lights, music, pretty much anything electrical in the rear of the limo was not working. Our drive home was hot as this was during the middle of summer. Let's just say it was a not a perfect ending to what had been a perfect night out.
