He did not give me proper paper work beforehand. At appraisal he asked for "upgrade sheet" which he had not given me. At appraisal he spoke consistently to resident of house. Told them to call if they had questions. They had not contracted with him, nor were they paying him. When I phoned after receiving report and asked about 30k difference he said, "send it to me and I'll tell you what the other appraiser did wrong". Appraiser is arrogant. He has no people skills and does not like to be questioned about his opinions.
