From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

The best way to describe Peter and Red Cedar is high touch, white glove - concierge service. Peter knew the market and had a powerful team of equally adept realty professionals. Nothing happened without Peter's knowledge and he always focused on what was best for us: Initially meeting through closing. Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. The signing appointment was completely painless without any hiccups in the paperwork or payout - again, Peter and Red Cedar are professionals and the service providers (Ex. Title Company) were exceptional too. Thanks Peter and Red Cedar for your exemplary support, education, and caring over 5 years!

The time difference is a huge pain to deal with, and Ryan was flexible, and we were always able to have quick communications with him. During our two years of working with him, Ryan consistently demonstrated all the best qualities of a great real estate agent: 1) He is always accessible and responsive. Even though he has many clients, he is great at prioritizing each one. He helps schedule showings and submit offers quickly, which is important in a seller's market. 2) He is very knowledgeable about homes in general. During home tours, we have many questions, including the condition of the home, estimated costs of potential renovations/repairs, and specifics of the neighborhood. Ryan almost always has an answer on the spot, and quickly gets answers from the listing agent for anything that he is unsure about. 3) He is laid-back and patient. Our homebuying process consisted of two years of searching and eight total offers submitted. Ryan was always ready to show us homes on short notice, even when we contact him out of the blue once every couple of months. He never pressures us to submit any offers with terms that we are not comfortable with. During home tours, he lets us take our time to examine the home in peace while pointing out helpful things that we might have missed (in contrast to some agents who spend too much time pointing out obvious info from the MLS listing and distracting their clients from the actual home viewing). 4) He is extremely professional and organized. He consistently follows up with us and communicates between all parties involved with the home buying transaction. For each offer, he maintains constant communication with the seller's agent, finds out what they are looking for to make the offer more competitive, and adheres to the submission deadlines. He has an assistant to help during the closing process but remains accessible whenever his expertise is needed. Although our closing process was simpler than average, we are confident that he has the skills to navigate more complicated closing situations. Overall, we were very happy to have Ryan as our real estate agent! Please reach out to him if you are looking for a real estate agent who is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and will ensure that your home buying/selling process goes as smoothly as possible.
