This gentleman came to our location and actually gave us an estimate for the snow removal for the snow blizzard we had in late January. He came to the business location where we have our business & two neighboring businesses who were interested in his snow removal services. We showed him the property and where we needed the lot to be plowed. He had given us an estimate of $175 to plow the parking lot in the areas we asked for. All three business owners agreed to price and agreed to use Elite for the snow removal for the blizzard that was coming. We also asked if he kept up with the latest about the amount of snow fall. He said he has been and for us not to worry about it. Well the snow came and went. We came to open up for business Monday and found that all of where we asked for the snow to be removed was not cleared and also the metal gate had been damaged by his snow plow. The reason we know that his plow damaged the fence is because of the damaged. It looks like an ax was taken to the fence in one lower spot of the fence. Also we called several times asking for the invoice so we could all pay the bill. We finally received a bill for the snow removal today (3/21/2016) but for $325?!?!?!?! There were additional charges for additional inches of snow that accumulated plus salt that was spread (which there was no salt spread...because we threw rock salt down ourselves!). Either way, we decided that we didn't want to argue with this gentleman, paying the bill, writing this review and NEVER using this business again for any services...snow removal or any other services this company may provide. read more
