The images go onto an app and you can download them instantly. The stuffed animal is a cute touch to keep your babies heart beat close until you're able to hold your bundle of joy. 5/5 Accommodation Whether you go with 1 or a group of people they can accommodate you. We took our kids and the abuelitos to see our bun in the oven. They have seating and a screen so everyone can see the bundle of joy. When we were finished another party was going in and they looked like they were doing a gender reveal. At least 15 people went into the bigger room. Parking hasn't been a problem as they have other businesses in the same complex. There is an elevator if you need it as it's located on the second floor. Office experience-NOT GOOD, FAIL! I was late for a 2:30pm…read moreappointment & had to be there at 2:10 or 2:15. It was supposed to be a 25 minute drive but it took me almost an hour due to traffic & road construction. It also took another 10 minutes or so before I got called to the front desk, the line was too slow. THEIR FRONT DESK SYSTEM NEEDS TO IMPROVE. I was already stressed out because I fasted, was very thirsty, was in pain & was late. I don't think a patient who needs to have an important ultrasound done would purposely be late for this appt. The front desk person who helped me, right away "SCOLDED" me for being late. I was already on edge to begin with. As I was explaining why I was late even if I DID GIVE myself plenty of time, 1 hour, to get there at 2:10pm she took on this condescending manner towards me & continued to lecture me as if I were a child. She said "that's why you have to give yourself a plenty of time for the appointment." DUH!!! I live 15 miles away, gave myself an hour or so to get there. In short, appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately, sometimes s**t happens! I prepared for it, I fasted, didn't have any water & certainly did not foretell that there would be road construction & traffic. Maybe next time I will give myself 2 hours to get there. Also, I worked as a front desk receptionist too & in customer service before & the attitude she had was/is absolutely not acceptable. I was not able to get her name because I was very upset. She was the young asian girl/lady with long black hair. She needs to be very careful & considerate to patients. She has no idea what the patients are going through. I am not asking for extra understanding, patience & consideration. I am asking for respect. I am always understanding & patient with front desk people like her because I know the nature of their job. I have never complained nor was I ever rude to any medical front desk receptionist ever! This lady or this girl had attitude & was condescending to me. I called her out & she said she wasn't condescending, just explaining. Yeah right! I just wanted to get out of there right away so I was not able to get her name. If she does not understand the nature of her job, the nature of the industry she's in, what it takes to deal with PATIENTS, perhaps she needs to undergo more training or get another job. She is dealing with people that may have a lot of pain AND or serious medical conditions, the last thing we need is to be scolded. I am not going back there and deal with rudeness. 1 star because their front desk system is/was INEFFECTIVE and since I was not able to interact with anyone else but her & IT WAS NOT GOOD.

We booked our appointment over the phone for the next day. Going into the appointment they had us fill some quick paperwork, we waited about 15 minutes and they took us in. The scanning area was cozy and cute! I was able to sit right next to my sister while we saw baby on the big screen, it was such a beautiful moment to share with my family. The ultrasound tech Iliana took great care of my sister and was very nice to all of us. We ended up purchasing a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat that we will surely treasure forever. I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility. First, their Google and Yelp…read morelistings state they are open, but they are actually closed for remodeling for at least a month. My biggest issue was the lack of communication from the receptionist, Kim. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got through, I was told I needed a referral. I went through the effort of obtaining one from my doctor and called back (which took 4+ attempts for someone to pick up) to book and only then did Kim inform me that the business is closed for remodeling. It is unprofessional to string a patient along, requiring referrals and multiple calls, only to reveal at the very end that you aren't even open. Please update your hours online so you don't waste other people's time. I told Kim she would have saved me 10+ phone calls, getting a referral, etc. had she said when I called the first time that she's closed and she just said Okay.
