It's easy to make appointments, and I'm in and out in about 15 minutes or so. Overall, it's really convenient. You can get 50% off your first Brazilian, or other select wax services free for the first time, and I received a $10 off coupon via email. You can also save by purchasing multiple waxes at a time. But I would say the price is the same here as other salons/spas and waxing studios, but there is less in the way of ambience. I could pay the same at a spa and get water, soft music and lighting, more privacy, etc. They kinda just get down to biz here. The aesthetician will not step out of the room for you to undress, and the lighting is harsh, so if that bothers you, you might prefer another waxing place, but I do prefer the no-nonsense, timely service I get at EWC.

However, a couple of things really get to me. 1) Every time I go I feel immense pressure to buy product. I understand why they suggest the products, but I can't afford a bunch of expensive skin care products. If I could I prob would, but I truly can't justify it with my budget. I somehow ended up with a diamond peel or something like that for almost double what I was expecting to pay and wasn't made aware my service had been changed until I got to the register. I think some where during the conversation about what I was there for the Esthetician changed the service on me in a subtle way so I didn't know I was essentially agreeing to a more expensive service without being made aware. This was very upsetting as again, I am on a budget and I felt tricked.
