As I drive down i35 in my new truck, one of the hauling trucks was in front of me. Large rocks were flying all over the highway because the protective flap that keeps debris from flying was completely broken and useless. I call the company to let them know and a guy with a rude attitude answers the phone. He immediately and abruptly interrupts me to say, we don't haul rocks!!! I asked, what do you haul? He said sand and concrete powder. Knowing very little about concrete, I know that when powder residue is left in a truck and then it rains, you get concrete. Instead of offering an apology he remained dismissive and uninterested. I ask to speak to his supervisor and he says he's the owner. I ask for his name and he hung up on me. This person is so rude. I hope that his power management catches up with him and his business fails. read more
