Why am I not surprised that my review is not the only negative one? Five years ago I ordered a…read moresliding glass door and other products. The door was supposed to be black on the outside and white on the inside. It came white, black and tan. They said they don't make the colors I ordered. They didn't bother notifying me or the contractor about this and made it the way they wanted along with not including parts such as a lock. They sent someone out who put up a piece of cheap plastic to cover part of the tan part. It immediately started falling apart. I asked him about the threshold. He said he wasn't hired to replace it. At least 100 phone calls and emails later over the years of being transferred to various voice mails and being told it wasn't their job and referring to yet another outside company. I was also told just to paint the tan color. I finally got a hold of someone I thought was going to assist in making this right. She sent another cheap plastic cover that does not fit and a different lock that does not connect the door to the frame. More phone calls and I was told to send another email to a 3rd party company. Months later I still not have heard back. This company is filled with nothing but incompetent and lazy employees that cannot take responsibility for the products they sale.
