Gorgeous storefront with the lush green foliage & centerpieces set to dark walls highlighted with black and gold. Very chic and yet spa-like serenity...at least for me. :) The glass case was filled with giant cookies, egg tarts, and this rectangular clear boxed berry trifle that was a masterpiece to behold. I had dropped off the fam at the rink for the tournament & stopped in to get my vanilla latte for some calm before the storm. Of course I had to get a Portugese egg tart to pair with my rising back from the dead. Delicious frothy and a perfect amount of coffee x sweetness. Paired with a uber crispy flaky tart...perfection. Thank you Yelp, Paderia, and Hayley for an amazing YEE. You saved my soul and reset me! Definitely will be returning to try the berry trifle & other delicious desserts I saw on display. Xoxo

I did get super lucky, as my slot was secured last minute and you bet I was stoked as the pictures looked really yummilicious! The store was so clean and cute - exactly what you'd hope for in a coffee shop. What I did like also, was that it didn't *smell* like a coffee shop. It was just very inviting overall. Very inviting colors too. Not too much seating, so if you're lucky to snag a spot, it would be nice to do some work or just relax for a bit here. Display was on point. I was very sad that their s'mores cookie was sold out though - but, more of a reason to come back and try it next time, right?! Everything in the case looked amazing though - and for real, I will have to come back multiple times to try everything at least once. Okay, so onto the order. From their list of menu offerings, I opted for their Ube Coconut Latte. It was seriously so hard to choose from cus well yeah. Everything sounded good haha. But it was between this one or the pistachio latte, and I ended up choosing the Ube coconut. The presentation was gorgeous- and the taste was excellent. Salted foam on top was rich and perfect - latte itself was not too sweet - coffee was flavor was nice and strong. Just how I like my coffee. I did get a few pastries to go because well - how could I not?! Just look at them! I got 2 of the egg tarts and 1 salted chocolate chip cookie to go. The cookie though! It's huge! Yeah. Super glad this place isn't far from home. Definitely coming back for more!!!
First of all - love Paderia. But I've always loved them for those cookies and the egg tarts. So of course, while I was here I HAD to grab some egg tarts and cookies....but I also had to grab my yelp coffee! These were the choices: Pistachio Latte Ube Coconut Latte Vanilla Latte Mocha Latte Salted Caramel Latte I was in between the pistachio and the ube coconut, but ultimately tried the pistachio. I was curious for how it'd taste and it was a picture perfect latte! It was a subtle hint of pistachio - I do wish I tried the ube coconut as well, but that just gives me a reason to come back and try it! I haven't been for a while but they also had cookie samples! Talk about a wonderful trip. Thanks Yelp Elite for putting Paderia back on my radar :)
Dark academia vibes and I absolutely love it. The offer was for a complimentary drink, but after glancing through their menu, I knew full well food was being got as well. THE DRINK. - Salted Caramel Latte | Served cold, this latte was not overly sweet. A thick layer of foam is delicately placed on top and a smattering of salt and a swirl of caramel completes this tasty drink. THE FOOD. Review of the food is on their Yelp page, but cliff's notes version - insanely delicious. Ensaymada (with cheese) was my favorite; soft sweet bread with butter and aged cheese on top. The worker, sorry forgot his name, but he was a nice gentleman with glasses. He recommended I try the pistachio latte with oat milk and I'm so glad I listened to him. The drink was delicious, and sweet but not too sweet. You can taste the bits of pistachios which was really nice and the drink was so good. I wish I had an other right now. Haha The place was beautiful and the staff was great. Thank you Hayley and paderia!
I've tried Paderia cookies in the past but never a beverage so I was excited to try out their ube coconut latte. It was definitely on the sweeter side and gave me a sugar rush (probably not something I would drink regularly but would be a nice treat every once in awhile). I also ordered 2 cookies that I ended up eating immediately- their cookies are thick, flavorful, dense (but in a good way) and pretty filling. Their service is always quick and friendly and the cashier made some good recommendations on cookie flavors based on what they had remaining for the day. There's plenty of parking as they share the same lot as 7-11, Flame Broiler, Starbucks, Pressed Juicery. Thank you Yelp OC and Paderia for a sweet treat!
It was my first time trying paderia, and I'm so grateful to this yelp elite event for bringing me here! You walk in and can immediately feel the classiness of the decor. Even though there were some groups of people when I visited in a Saturday afternoon, my drink came out decently fast, just enough time for us to appreciate the decor and take some pictures of the menu. I decided to try to Ube coconut latte, first without mixing the layers and later all mixed. I liked how smooth the creamy top added to the drink but without it all being overly sweet. Looking forward to swinging by again soon!
I'm up for Ube anything always so I was very excited to get picked for this YE event. The pistachio latte was also tempting but I can never resist an ube drink. This is not even on the menu yet so I'm feeling pretty special just placing the order. In fact, a patron next to me asked me what I got and said she didn't see it on the menu. #yelpelitebennies Normally this latte comes with a shot of espresso and made with whole milk but I do not drink coffee so I asked for mine without espresso. I'm also lactose intolerant so I asked for almond milk (they do have oat milk as another non-dairy option.) FYI There is some condensed milk in the Ube make sure so it's not completely non-dairy but this is (lactase) pill worthy in my opinion!! As all good Yelp Elite Squad members know, we want to support the business that is treating us so I purchased one of their oatmeal raisin cookies. These are chonkins not only in their weight but also in their flavor. I actually hate raisins but the ratio of oatmeal cookie dough to raisins was tolerable. It's definitely a sweet cookie and I don't think you could eat it in one sitting because it's so thick and dense. So this will last me two to three days! They had other cookie options but I'm allergic to chocolate so this was the only non chocolate option they had today. They also have a lot of other desserts that look interesting. The staff is friendly, the order was accurate and they have good indoor seating options!
How did I not know about Paderia?! Especially with this location being so close to my work! I arrived on Sunday, around 1:30pm and the place was definitely busy. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. I decided to go with the Vanilla Latte with one pump of the syrup. Definitely perfect with the right amount of sweetness. Service was quick with only having to wait a c oupl eof minutes before my name was called. I'm so glad I got to be a part of this Elite Event. Definitely looking forward ot my Monday morning coffee!
Paderia is always such a nice refuge from the outside heat. I normally come here for the scrumptious chonky cookies, but yesterday I left with two of their new menu drinks: a Mocha Latte and a Vanilla Latte. What I appreciate about these drinks is that they're not extremely sweet like most of their current selection of beverages. The mocha has a strong cocoa flavor, which is great because chocolate is just amazing. The vanilla has an interesting milky flavor that I can't really pinpoint, but it goes well with the thick, creamy foam on top. Staff were helpful with the check-in and ordering process. It was a busy day there, with lots of people seated inside and others coming and going, but my drinks came out relatively quick. I'm enjoying what Paderia has to offer with their growth and success as a bakery. I'd love to come back to try the Pistachio Latte, Ube Coconut Latte, and Salted Caramel Latte. I ordered the pistachio latte and an ensaymada and both were delicious! The pistachio latte has a nutty flavor with a creamy coffee base. The ensaymada is light, fluffy and buttery with a hint of sweetness. The drink and the pastry complement each other. The decor in the coffee shop is posh with sophisticated decor. The cashier was really helpful and nice as well. There was enough parking in the parking lot and so it was an overall good experience. Thank you Hayley!
Used to always just be a plus one, and this is my first ever Yelp event under my name. And it didn't disappoint. It was easy checking in and claiming the drink. Staffs were all nice and helpful. I got the ube coconut latte and it was yummy! Not too sweet, just right. The coconut flavor is not overpowering. We also ordered the Portuguese egg tart which is delish, hot and fresh. Also got the ensaymada and it was yummy! Reminded me of my favorite ensaymada back home in the Philippines! The place is so nice, classy and clean which made the Yelp event felt luxurious. Omgggg!! This place is amazing. Great humongous cookies. I love that their cookies are baked to perfection just the way a cookie should be-- crunchy in the outside and gooey chocolate in the inside. They give just enough chocolate chips and dough ratio. Their ensaymada with cheese is so nice and fluffy. This is my go to place if you're craving for a nice comfort cookie day. read more
I already knew I loved Paderia for their banana pudding (very similar to Magnolia Bakery's famous banana pudding), so I was so excited to be apart of this event. I tried the pistachio latte and the walnut chocolate chip cookie. The pistachio latte was good! It was pretty sweet and the pistachio flavor is very strong, giving it somewhat of a salted taste. But let me tell you, I am OBSESSED with the walnut chocolate chip cookie. It is very, very similar to the cookies at Levain Bakery. I'm not actually sure I can taste a difference. But since there aren't any Levains near me (that I know of), it's nice to know I can get my cookie fix at Paderia. The interior is also so beautiful/modern and the staff is really friendly. I checked in and ordered the pistachio latte. This new drink was quite refreshing and delicious! Since I was already here, I also ordered one ensamada and it was heated up and tasted so delicious. The owner at the store was doing a photo shoot of their new upcoming drinks so it was nice to chat with him. I also got to try their marzipan latte (topped with bits of marzipan) which when mixed in was quite interesting and I love that flavor. This is such a pretty bakery! The ube cheesecake sold out :( but I got the sea salt chocolate chip cookie, which was delicious! I also sampled their smores dessert, and love how they have free samples by the register. Thanks to Yelp, I got to try their ube coconut latte, which was so pretty and refreshing. The place is spacious, there's a restroom available, and even some outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back (and try that ube cheesecake!!). read more

Loved the decor and ample seating inside and outside. The service was also fast and friendly. Thank you Hayley and Paderia for the chance to try their Salted Caramel Latte with oat milk! It was a nice afternoon weekend treat to accompany their decadent desserts. Not too sweet and very light. It's good when you are not looking for a strong coffee. I also liked the variety that they offer now for drinks and desserts now. This location is way bigger than their original in Fountain Valley. read more

Beautiful ambience, delicious looking desserts and drinks. I was able to try the mocha latte and it was the perfect sweetness. I don't like my mocha too sweet. It was topped with a whipped cream topping that had a hint of saltiness but went well with the mocha. I will come back for the desserts because they looked very inviting. Friendly service too. OKAY! This place's aesthetics is SPECTACULAR! I LOVED the moody vibes. The staff was super friendly and nice. I ordered their ube coconut latte for my complimentary drink and it was DIVINE! I hope they keep it on their menu. I sipped it without a straw and it just tasted like strong coffee. You have to shake it up a bit and sip with a straw to get all the goodness from the Ube and coconut flavor. I'm definitely going to be coming back for more items for the ube coconut latte did it in for me. Thank you Yelp Elite for letting me experience this place. Another one for the books! xx. read more

I love Paderia so much that I catered their cookies for my wedding a couple weeks ago. I was honestly so excited to get into this Yelp Elite event because Paderia is truly my favorite bakery. I've had some of their drinks before, which I thought were only ok in comparison to their baked goods, but when I tried their new ube coconut drink, I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly loved my drink and would 100% order it again (along with the sea salt chocolate chip cookie I get every time). Thank you Yelp and Paderia for this event!! read more
Thanks YelpOC for this great event! First time at Paderia, first impressions: easily accessible just off the freeway, plenty of parking, calming interior space and also space to sit outside! The staff was friendly and it was clear my latte was made with care and precision. I got the pistachio latte and asked for it to be less sweet- it was PERFECT. I will definitely be back to get this drink again- hopefully it will remain on the menu for a while! I also read rave reviews of their banana pudding so grabbed two (one for myself and one to take home to my wife). The pudding is rich and light at the same time, very satisfying and also easy to pop in the fridge if you want to save to finish it off later. Thanks again YelpOC and Paderia! :) read more

Absolutely fantastic. I've been to paderia a few times when I go to the comic book shop around the corner, and it's always a great experience. Staff is always helpful and nice. I ended up getting the ube late and order a dulce de leche and pb chocolate cookie as well. The ube latte was delicious. I could taste the ube quite well and the coffee was not too strong or sweet. The dulce de leche horchata was very surprising. It wasn't as sweet as I expected it to be, it was definitely delicious. The cookie was good, I like that they put a lot of pb chips in them, but their cookies can be quite decadent for me(not a bad thing, I'm just not a huge sweets guy). I was excited to visit Paderia for this YE event. I tried the creamy vanilla latte - a bit disappointed there was no decaf - but that drink was delish!! So creamy with a hint of salt! I also ordered a couple of cookies for my kids and they were truly amazing - salted chocolate chip and the chocolate peanut butter - so good!! The staff were so friendly and did a great job making this event a great experience. So glad to have a Paderia experience. read more
Love the set up of this location. It's posh and modern. Front counter barista was very attentive and patient, as I had a 2 year old running around. We got the Ube Coconut Latte which was brewed to order. It is sweet but you can ask to adjust it. The coffee had layers and you can taste each flavor individually as you sip. Love that and aesthetically it was so pretty! Ordered the portuguese egg tart and their sweet bread with cream on top. The brioche and cream was too sweet for me but very light. Haven't been to this spot since Covid days and finally got the opportunity to head back. Loved the vibe. I got the vanilla latte- it was yummy and light/airy. Got 2 cookies (the classic with walnuts and a s'mores)- they both were excellent!!! They were large and chewy and reminded me of the levain cookies from NYC. Also grabbed a banana pudding (another fave from Magnolia bakery) and this totally hit the spot. The perfect afternoon treat while the baby slept! Thanks for having me! read more

Thank you Yelp for hosting this elite experience! I love Paderia's sea salt chocolate chip cookies and was so excited to try their new coffee drinks! I was able to try the new sea salt caramel latte and it was delicious! I am not a big fan of coffee that is too sweet so I was intrigued by the sea salt foam addition. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste as the sea salt balanced the drink out! Even with the drizzle of caramel around the cup, the drink was not too sweet. I am excited to try their other drinks when I have the chance. read more

Checking in and claiming my drink was easy and straightforward: I just walked up to the register, told the cashier I was here for the Yelp Elite Experience, and she looked my name up and rang in my order right away. As part of the Elite Experience deal, I got an Ube Coconut Latte: a delicious blend of sweet coconut, ube, with a caffeine kick, finished with a light cream top. One of the best bakeries I've been to!! I was recommended this because it's right by the airport and I've got a flight to catch but the egg tart was so soft and the crust was perfect!! The Ube Coconut Latte was also super good and lives up to the hype since it's their one of their most popular drinks. Super happy with my order and will be coming back when I can :) read more

I was really excited to see a pistachio latte on the new menu and def was not disappointed! It was a pretty good latte, with a nice roasted pistachio taste. I liked that it tasted more like real pistachio than the syrup. The cookies are so yummy here too, they're on the cakier side but still had really crispy edges, and they were served warm so I really appreciated that! I also like the dark academia aesthetic they've got going on here. Would definitely come back :) read more
