As a professional courtesy I won't mention their name, but what a waist of my over $2,100 hard earned dollars. At this point I've had to sign up at other locations to get the two lessons they're allowed per month, which means driving and juggling things. Not once have they ever talked to you or helped you as a student they literally yell as loud and violently as they can about every single thing you can imagine. They also yell and scream at you to put your mask on while they themselves are yelling and screaming at you without wearing a mask. This basically says it all. I had a question last week about an automatic transmission truck. You would not believe how bad I was yelled at by every instructor. Since I am a manual transmission student, I guess I wasn't allowed to ask a question about an automatic transmission. Instead of answering my question so as a student I would actually have knowledge that I need to enter the trucking industry, they chose to yell and literally degrade me at every level. The other day I was going to the bathroom and as I walked out of the bathroom and headed back towards the garage, Randy the overweight leviathan of a moronic instructor started yelling at me because I was not in class. I find it odd that it is off-limits to use the restroom when you have to urinate. I find it extremely disappointing and said that instructors at a school would purposefully yell at a student who had to go to the bathroom. This is the type of mentality that you will encounter at this driving school. You will be scolded and yelled it violently for every single thing you do even if it is asking a simple question or having to use the restroom. The instructors demanded the students provide gift cards in exchange for the privilege of using notes on exams, even going so far as to specify which gift cards they would accept. Not only is this unethical, but it teaches students that academic advantages can be bought rather than earned. It also discriminates against students that can't afford such gifts! My child also had a negative experience with one of the instructors. During a drive, the instructor screamed at my child and belittled them for asking a question. We were able to get a different instructor for subsequent drives, but the unstable individual that worked with my child is clearly in the wrong profession. I would encourage anyone looking for a driving school to look elsewhere!
