I had been at another driving school, but to them I was just cattle!! After 2 months the instructor never even knew my name. As a professional courtesy I won't mention their name, but what a waist of my over $2,100 hard earned dollars. You always have to check online your…read morechilds attendance to class, one time I dropped him off and the next day I was scheduling driving lesson online and I looked at his attendance and the teacher marked him absent the day before (by accident) for the classroom session, I had to call their customer service and they took care of it quickly, but if I didn't notice it he would of had to make up that day. The classroom teacher my son had Damien Richardson was a real nice guy and he was also the on the road teacher for my son half of the time, the other on the road instructors he had were Dave Wallace and Susan King and my son said they both were really cool.

I ended up missing roughly close to 30 days of school I can say this they were Awesome when it came to trying to accommodate me in the Sun I had my good days and bad days like the most of them I get along very well with all of the students and the instructors especially Mama Alice and sister Becky the male instructors were awesome as well but that DAMN OWNER he needs to calm down and give people respect if he expect to be respected by others a talk to students like we are the kids and he is the adult. The instructors demanded the students provide gift cards in exchange for the privilege of using notes on exams, even going so far as to specify which gift cards they would accept. Not only is this unethical, but it teaches students that academic advantages can be bought rather than earned. It also discriminates against students that can't afford such gifts! My child also had a negative experience with one of the instructors. During a drive, the instructor screamed at my child and belittled them for asking a question. We were able to get a different instructor for subsequent drives, but the unstable individual that worked with my child is clearly in the wrong profession. I would encourage anyone looking for a driving school to look elsewhere!

My daughter missed the cut off time for the in person lessons, but she could not take them due to the pandemic. I called today and they stated I have to pay another $150.00(on top of the $450 I already paid) in order for them to re-instate her. This is absurd and unethical. I will be going to another driving school just for her to get her in person lessons. I will be telling everyone I know with a teen, to not use this company!!
